The hotel met us very friendly: a bunch of smiling faces and disinterested helpers. Everywhere is bustle, a tribute to tourists visiting the observation deck. The room did not give the impression of 4 stars. Three, no more. Poorly cleaned floors and bathtub, dirty window glass, old TV with few channels, remote place for safe and wardrobe, not fresh towels. . . Pros: good air conditioning, wonderful panoramic view from the window.
About the hotel itself. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is not the outdated layout of the rooms, but the elevator system. If you live on the 25th or even 67th floor, then in order to get breakfast, you need to go down to the 18th floor (lobby), transfer to another elevator to the 81st floor. If you stay in a hotel for at least a day, then you can figure it out, but the first time is a nightmare.
The reception is very attentive and caring, but the vaunted "Russian" behind the counter was not found. I would also like to note the wonderful breakfast buffet (you still have to look for such an abundance of all kinds of dishes). But with dinner at the restaurant the problem. There are no free tables. The only option is a buffet for $ 30 per person, plus alcohol separately. The choice of dishes is not bad, but still, I just wanted to sit in an ordinary restaurant.
