Pros: location (if you need to go to the center or shopping), poor breakfasts, both restaurants in the evenings are very ok, both in terms of prices and service, but in halal there are always a lot of people. Nice staff, especially at the reception. Excellent conference service, including catering (was at the conference). The courtyard on the second floor is a small clean pool, almost no one uses it, which is great : )
Cons: The Internet is only paid, rather slow and cuts off constantly (and there is a suspicion that if you pay for an hour, there is still a little more than an hour! ). The carpet is stained, there are cockroaches and well-fed ones, everything is rather old - the furniture, the bathroom, and the towels. It can be seen that they are trying hard and clean, indeed, but if towels have been washed two million times before you, it is very noticeable.
A significant minus: there was no drinking water in the room (in such and such a climate! ) And a hair dryer, in general.
The fridge and air conditioner are very noisy. At the same time, there is practically no sense from the second one: I set it to +12 on purpose, it is unlikely that it would bring it down to at least 20.
