Terrible stay with Pegasus
The horror began when boarding the plane, the seats sell everything, even those that are intended for stewardesses. Seats don't fold down, tables don't close.
The host in Bangkok met us, put us on the bus, and we drove to the hotel for 6 hours (traffic jams). At the same time, we asked to stop to change money or have a snack, which was refused. The girl Natasha, our guide, did not hide the fact that she doesn’t give a damn about us, it’s her birthday, she wants to quickly fuse us to the hotel. During the ride around the city, her main task was to collect money for excursions (the cost is 2-3 times more expensive than they cost), but when we asked to talk about the city, we were also refused. So we became hostages without money, because. no place to change, hungry and tired.
Finally we arrived at the hotel, she dropped us off and left.
The hotel staff does not speak Russian or English, all issues were resolved on the fingers themselves.
We took all the excursions through Pegasus, there was no Russian-speaking guide, we were simply loaded onto the bus, we left, we walked and watched, nailed to other groups that were with Russian-speaking guides, and then brought back.
on excursions, we learned that you can either buy excursions on the street from special. agents, or go yourself. It's much cheaper and better quality.
After 2 days in Bangkok we arrived in Pattaya.
Met us guide Sasha - boor and rude.
Check in was at 3:00 pm instead of 12:00 pm, but the rooms were not yet ready, and we waited another hour for them to check in, and another two days for the safe to be released.
Information from the guide is zero, several times they asked for information, they were refused in a rude manner.
We refused excursions through Pegasus, we chose when and where to go.
On top of that, in the last 2 days there was no electricity in the hotels, which means no water..... The host party did not make any attempts to move to another hotel.
Therefore, advice, eat clearly define the hotel, read the reviews, otherwise they will bring it to the trash, like Grand Sole.
Pay for excursions, not through Pegasus, but choose for yourself (there is a large selection on the streets), then your vacation will be without nervousness.
There are interesting cities to see, during the day the sea, at night entertainment, clubs.
