The best holiday!!
In March, we rested in Thailand, tour operator SAYAMA Travel. Combined tour Bangkok – Pattaya. I liked everything very much. Price-quality corresponds, even very much. At the meeting, at the airport, they put a garland of orchids around their necks, nice . . this distinguished us from other tourists. Further on the bus, we were already met by a Russian guide - Alex, an intelligent and well-read young man who, on the way to the hotel, spoke fascinatingly about Bangkok, explained important information in detail, for example, about mobile communications, currency exchange, etc. In case of additional questions (and there were many), he immediately answered. Then he helped to settle in the PRINCE PALACE hotel. Large beautiful hotel located almost in the center of the city. Quite enough for 5 stars.
We would have been in Bangkok for only one day, and on this day we had two free excursions: Temple of the Golden Mountain, Bangkok sightseeing tour - we were completely delighted! The guide professionally led excursions, listened with his mouth open. For the evening we chose dinner at the Baiyoke Sky restaurant and were satisfied. The view from the 84th floor is impressive and mesmerizing.
In Pattaya lived in the hotel GRAND JOMTIEN PALACE 3 *. An excellent hotel with 3 swimming pools, of course, not such a palace as the "PRINCE PALACE", but it has its own charms: the first line, sea views, delicious food. There is a restaurant with live music on site, where you can have a pleasant enough evening, but this is more for the older generation. Young people are mainly sent to the center.
At the hotel we were met by the guide Elena, who for 2 hours filled her head with completely unnecessary information, but she didn’t tell us anything important at all. They felt the difference. She didn’t answer phone calls, we were forced to turn to the already familiar guide in Bangkok, Alex, despite the fact that he is generally a guide in Bangkok... By the way, she didn’t return our change from excursions - $ 3! a trifle, of course, but for her rudeness I would not give her a ruble.
The tour included another free tour of the Million Years Rocks Park and Crocodile Farm. Personally, I was not particularly impressed.
The show of transvestites left an indelible impression. Once in a lifetime, but you must see this colorful and incendiary performance.
Thai massage. . the offer is very much, but the main thing is to choose the right salon. Not far from our hotel on the left side there is a very decent spa salon. Unfortunately, it was not the first day that they discovered it for themselves, but then they could not miss a day. The prices are ridiculous for such services, and the craftsmanship is at a high level!
In general, the rest was a good impression. I wanted to go back there. Many believe that Pattaya is our Krasnodar Territory . . but believe me, these are not comparable things. Bangkok-Pattaya is a youth-oriented tour for sleepless nights spent in the mix, walks along the walking street, the street where every centimeter seems to be saturated with the aura of sex. You have to go there for adventure. . . and if you want romance, go to Phuket.
