We flew with Pegasus on 04/04/12 from Yekaterinburg to Thailand (Phuket). Departure without delay. The plane was crowded, but the service was good. Upon arrival, we were met, took the luggage, brought to the hotel. Settled quickly with no problems. The hotel is new, clean, breakfast is delicious, good bar. As for excursions, not far from the hotel you can buy excursions for every taste and, most importantly, twice as cheap as PEGASA. We took from SONYA, SONYA is a seller, she speaks Russian well. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Patong Beach. The beach is great, clean. There is a good side to the Pegasus account, and, unfortunately, there is a bad one !! ! After the earthquake, it was impossible to get through to the representative of Pegasus, he simply did not pick up the phone, although he said you can call him at any time. The flight back was delayed, but that didn't bother us.
