We suspect our gardeners, as one of them, instead of performing his duties, constantly looked into the rooms and behaved strangely. Shoes prints were found on the windows. Analyzing other cases of theft, we can say that the robbers acted with the same confidence.
Our neighbor was robbed early in the morning, they stole a bag with all the money and tickets right in front of the plane, while he went to the next room to feed the child.
After our first case of robbery, we, in shock, told the administration - and learned from them that theft has been going on there for many years. And nobody does anything about it! We tried to investigate ourselves. We also called the police, they took fingerprints, interviewed local staff. The administrator, a very responsive girl, remembered that on the morning after the theft she noticed dollars in the gardener's wallet.
We all suspected the gardener - he hung around the whole evening stealing near our houses, pretending to clean the garden. And what is the result? They fired this administrator girl, under the pretext that she "invents a lot. " And they left the whole gang of gardeners, because “no one was caught by the hand! ” something to prove to the administration We would also like to note that one of the owners of ''Dreamland'', Christoph, works as an administrator.

Subsequently, the theft continued - they robbed other houses of this complex (Dreamland), when no one was at home, broke down doors, broke windows, took away money, phones, computers.

And so in everything - all the mosquito nets on the windows, repairing fences, sun umbrellas, a glass table broken by the wind - everyone bought it themselves.
Since we were guests for a long time, we asked to change the rotten and stained towels and bed linen for new ones, but we were refused. Same story with air conditioners. They are old. They asked me to change one, which smelled terribly of burning and rattled when it worked. They said to change at their own expense.
We had wooden railings on the veranda, which during the rainy season turned into complete dust. Leaning on them with her back, our friend fell back onto the concrete floor.
We asked the administration to install new railings. Nothing was done for two months. When we checked out, we were billed for a new fence - 1.000 TBT ($450).
Illustrative case. The water tank broke. Water gushed for several hours. All the lost water was included in our monthly water bill even though it was their fault.
Missing from the very beginning of our stay, the shower diffuser had to pay 2.500 TBT ($83). On top of that, 1.500 TBT ($400) was withheld at check-out for cleaning one villa and
1.500 TWT ($460) for another cleaning. Despite the fact that "deep cleaning" with washing windows, floors, dusting furniture and curtains costs $ 50 for the entire villa. Where is it seen that, leaving a rented house or hotel room, you have to polish it to a shine?
All this was just an excuse not to return the money to us from the huge deposit that we paid upon check-in.
In this regard, very carefully check all the faults when checking in. It is even better to take a video or a photo, because it will be possible to prove something only with facts. And it is not a fact that they will meet you halfway.
Electricity rates at Dreamland are significantly higher than elsewhere (6.95 TBT/Unit in Dreamland and 4.3 TBT/Unit in PEA).
Owners Terry Rodzynek and his brother Christophe scammed our realtor Evgeny. In the second year of the lease, they simply did not pay the dividends due to him.
