A normal hotel for those who do not pretend to have a luxurious holiday. everything is on the level, only breakfast let us down. The rooms are good, the pools are good, the sea was good and the tides were not very noticeable (before that it was raining, maybe that's why). Restaurant PREGO is a fairy tale. Order by phone and food in 15-20 minutes in the room, unlike restaurants, there, as usual, wait a long time for an order. I would like to note in this trip the Novosibirsk travel agency Athena Pallada. They worked horribly!! ! We fly often, but this is the first time we have encountered such unprofessionalism! We paid for the trip back in September, they threw us from one girl to another, read the preliminary contract, were horrified - the rooms were booked in Pattaya (! ) So it was written, the contract was redone with us. In Bangkok, a short break between flights was promised, as a result, from 2 am to 4 in the afternoon, we stuck around, lay and went crazy on iron benches at the airport! With kids!! ! We flew with two families, we were divided into different flights. There were a lot of little things, the flight ruined the whole vacation. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! !
