2 weeks back from this hotel. We stayed there for 10 days at the end of April. We didn’t see any cockroaches there, nothing leaked, towels and bedding were clean and not torn (a couple of times they tried to give beach ones “with fringe”, but culturally asked to change and changed without problems), the room is spacious and good, with a balcony. At first they couldn’t figure out how to turn on the light and sockets (there’s just a button in the nightstand to turn everything on), they IMMEDIATELY went up to our room and showed everything. And then a couple of times I had to find out something, so the staff reacted INSTANTLY and immediately showed up in our room and provided the necessary assistance. Once there was no hot water, they reported this at the reception, after 5 minutes some guy came to us, twisted something and said that water would appear in 10 minutes. And so it was, hot water appeared. Cleaned well and every day. They left 20 baht all the time, but when they didn’t leave it 1-2 times, this did not affect the quality of cleaning. 2 times we even put roses in the room, which was especially nice. We decided not to use the safe in the room (according to negative experience in other hotels), but immediately took the safe at the reception and there were no problems. The taste and color of the felt-tip pens are different, but we liked the breakfasts. Quite acceptable. Of course, you will not find dishes "from the chef" there, but my friend and I ate delicious every time, and each had their own, completely opposite preferences. Yes, there are many Chinese, but the Chinese are only visible and audible at breakfast, then they are immediately taken away somewhere and, fortunately, they are not at all on the beach near the hotel. But it’s still not clear who is more annoying, the Chinese who are always noisy in the mornings or our compatriots - always dissatisfied with everything, always screaming, always littering and always drunk (although sometimes normal guys came across). Here everyone writes about some kind of terrible living creatures in rooms and restaurants. Do you mean microscopic ants? Which in our room were only near the table and were also visible at breakfast in one corner, and they were definitely not observed in the food. Well, you know, we also have ants, they are even more annoying for us, since they are much larger than there. In short, if it were not for the horrors described about the terrible living creatures in the rooms and the restaurant, I would not even have noticed them. In general, people are fooled by bad reviews about this hotel and do not go here, as I am going to come back here again, and the less our fellow countrymen are here, the better the rest will be))))) P. S. It may well be that the "standard" rooms are not very well-lived - there is no balcony and no sea view. I didn't see it, I don't know. But I really liked the superior. Well, why take a standard and spoil your vacation yourself if everything is so bad in them? And the lack of a balcony and a view not of the sea is already bad)
