It's been 3 days at home and decided to leave a review about the hotel. So, after a long flight, we finally got to the hotel, where we were met by a representative of the tour operator - quite smiling and friendly (on our first and last meeting with him). As soon as we crossed the threshold of the territory, the hotel seemed small, but at the same time cozy. the territory is small, but there is a pool (although it was not possible to swim in it). Inside (near the reception) is very modest. To be honest, I thought to see the staff in uniform in the form of a white top-dark bottom. Everyone has the same uniform: red T-shirts and dark trousers. I didn't really interact with the staff, and I can't say anything good or bad. True, at night in the lobby, the staff can safely sleep, which is unacceptable in other hotels. They settled us immediately, as soon as we discussed all the issues with the representative of the TO, which was a huge plus after a long flight. We entered the room... Personally, I expected to see something more, but my husband said that for 3 stars it was very nice. The room is large, clean (we had a deluxe). The bed is large, the bed is clean, white. Balcony is good: not very big, but not small either. Because the hotel building was located with the letter "g", then they saw that in the other wing the balconies were larger than ours, rather there were larger rooms. But this fact did not upset us. The bathroom is clean. There was always a peculiar smell in the room. Whether from detergents, or from something else. The room itself is clean, but the furniture is a bit dated. Lots of drawers that didn't open well. A safe was also included. The boy who showed how the safe works does not know the language, so you need to carefully watch what he does and try to put your code with him. Then, when he leaves, you can safely change it again.
The room was cleaned every day. True, on the second day they forgot to leave 20 baht of tea and instead of shampoo they gave us two bottles of shower gel, they didn’t wash the cups, and they never washed the table and countertop near the sink. Therefore, they should always leave tea. In other hotels they said that for 20 baht they can put extra shampoo, put a bottle of water, and put all sorts of interesting roses on the bed. There is no such thing here. Well, if everything is cleanly removed. The balcony was also rarely cleaned. I will say right away that the shampoo is bad, the hair was not washed at all, but for two it was not enough at all. So I had to buy a small bottle from the store.
Breakfast is the same, but you won't leave hungry.

There is a TV, there was only one Russian channel, although there were always advertisements there. Therefore, if the TV set worked, then it was on one music channel.
Very good - this is the location of the hotel: everything is close - and shops (7/11, family market), and cafes, and massage, and 5 minutes walk to the sea, and tuk-tuks in any direction.
In general, we personally needed the hotel only to spend the night. Because it was a very rich program. But we will not go to this hotel specifically.
