And you can eat very close, literally around the corner or in the Festival, which is a 5-minute walk away. The location of the hotel is very good, the very center, the intersection of the 2nd and Central streets, nearby shops are not expensive, 5 minutes to the Alcazar. walk, there are Thai cafes right on the square in front of the Alcazar, a whole row, they are inexpensive and very well prepared real Tom Yam and Salad Sam Tom. The rooms are quite spacious, everything is new, beautiful. clean. It will be very difficult for Russians who do not speak English there. All the staff speaks excellent English, not Russian. What pleases, there are few Russians in the hotel, all Europeans, the hotel is focused on them. Linen, towels are changed daily, bathroom amenities including a toothbrush every 2 days, everything is crystal clean. All appliances in the room are Japanese, a large Mitsubishi refrigerator, a Panasonic hair dryer, a silent elevator, also Mitsubishi. American Standard plumbing, thick mattresses, not soft, but very comfortable, my sore back rested there. Soundproofing is good. But it still won't save you from noisy neighbors. But if the neighbors are not Russian, then you will not hear them. Foreigners drive prostitutes, but everything is very quiet. Swimming pool, sauna, gym on the roof, everything is free, they used the pool, the sauna too, then the exercise machines did not reach and got so tired on the islands and excursions. It was very pleasant to return to the room at the end of the day, especially after the excursion to Kwai. Everything is worth the money, if you want comfort and a good guide, take it from the operator. But this is everyone's choice. If there is no money for comfort, there is nothing to do on Kwai, a dirty river, or any exotic. The city beaches were clean, the weather was dry and very cool, the sea in Pattaya was cold, they swam only in the pool and on the islands.
