Хороший отель, чисто и всегда приветливый персонал Nice hotel, clean and always friendly staff

We chose this hotel because we were happy with the prices and it was recommended by a friend who stayed there. .
All attractions within walking distance (many souvenir shops, etc . . )
The rooms are clean and cleaned constantly.
Minibar replenished, not used. .
We took it without food, there are many cafes nearby where you can eat delicious Thai dishes (everywhere there is a menu in Russian).
Upon arrival, I was pleased with a basket of fruits and flowers (nice).
Upon departure, fines were imposed (not only us . . rested with a group of 11 people) . . and almost everyone was told to pay for the minibar (which they did not use and some spoons that allegedly disappeared . . They did not want to return the previously made deposit)
an unpleasant story, 9 years have passed, and I remember these scandals . . What does the whole group have to do with it !!!!
for this 5 out of 10 . . and probably there (I won’t go to this hotel again and I don’t recommend it !!!!! )... To deceive a tourist, there is probably one of the mandatory options for "hospitality"...
