Hello! We were in Pattaya at the end of June with the Biblioglobus travel agency. We met normally, except for the fact that everyone was stuck a number on their chest so that they would not get lost. . ). We arrived at the hotel at about 11, settled immediately in the room without waiting. The hotel is not great, but not bad at all. The room is clean, there are no insects, but the walls have not seen repairs for five years... and the furniture is shabby in places. Otherwise, everything is more than excellent - clean towels, a tablet, photographic equipment were not removed anywhere and no one stole it. . ))). Beach towels were new, WI-FI worked, the pool was small and clean. Construction is really under the windows, but it didn’t interfere at all... until 10 am there was no sound,... (and then we left)... and from 8 pm too. The location of the hotel is good: close to all the green places and a quiet area. Of course, everything is known in comparison, but we liked the hotel. It's not as bad as some people make it out to be. The food is excellent, everything is always fresh and plentiful. The staff is excellent, everyone is friendly, they speak English, they answer all questions with pleasure. They give out bikes for rent, there is a hotel “tuk-tuk”. We advise you to take excursions not from a tour operator. We compared the service and prices with the street company Shurik's Adventures. They didn’t find any minuses in Shurik: very friendly and competent Dima from told a lot of useful and important things about how it was here and what... We later saw for ourselves how many inaccuracies, fables and outright nonsense the guides from Biblioglobus told us. BG prices are higher, they don’t make discounts, they convince you to buy a lot of excursions at once, and if you suddenly refuse an excursion, you run after a guide to get your money back... Our neighbors on the floor warned them three days in advance that they would not go, it’s useless... We we took a trip on ATVs from Shurik, and the neighbors from the lower floor at Bibioglobus, so we met on the track! The same excursion turned out to be, but BG is more expensive! And we also went to the River Kwai, and the neighbors went there, but from BG, the price is 2400 Baht per person, and they have -3000. Then we talked, damn it, these are completely different excursions !! ! And judging by the stories of the neighbors, ours was better again... So take excursions on the street, do not be afraid! What they cheat and throw is nonsense, invented in order to buy from the guide of the Biblioglobus.
