Rested from 23/08 to 05/09/2008. The hotel is good, a lot of greenery (banana trees, palm trees, crotons, swamps with lotuses, trees in the form of elephants, giraffe). In Turkey, the hotel would be given 5 *. Breakfast is delicious, no frills. The rooms are bright, not small, cleaned, decorated, everything works, 2 Russian channels. I didn't like the rooms in the villas, the dark walls, and there seems to be little space, the bath is bigger and has two large flowerpots. Two large swimming pools with very warm water, open around the clock; one with jacuzzi. The beach is clean, with security, the sea is warm, but with low tides (in the morning to the buoys knee-deep water, two hours later already up to the neck). The rainy season was - the rain was warm for 2 hours, and there was practically no sun in the afternoon. At the same time, it is very warm outside, upon arrival in Bangkok, I had the feeling that I was in a sauna, then it passes. They have right-hand traffic, the first days you will always look in the wrong direction, and approach the bus from the other side. Get to Pattaya from the hotel by tuk-tuk for 20 baht, 15 minutes without any problems; return too. You need to know a little English and everything is ok. On the islands, the sea is clear and the sand is like flour - white and soft. . I liked everything and excursions (river Kwai, ancient Ayutthaya, Nong Nooch, Crocodile farm, ). Thai massage can be done at the hotel, it does not differ much from what the guides offer. Who wants to buy belts, bags, wallets from a crocodile, stingray, snakes, take the money. Cheaper than our precious stones, diamonds, gold, silver. Good people, smiling in one word Buddhists. Everything must be seen, the country is not scary at all, you get used to food (spicy-sweet), a lot of vivid impressions. Now I want to Phuket, they say paradise. ! !
