Second time in Thailand and in this hotel. The hotel is definitely evolving. Free and powerful Wi-Fi now works even on the beach. Greenery has become even more, as well as living creatures in the form of chipmunks and birds. Everything still fits perfectly. I didn't really like the converted restaurant BOTANICAL GARDEN, in which the staff changed, but I can definitely recommend this hotel!
This time I did not like the service of the host Sayama Travel. The company's shift from the tourist segment to the sale of real estate is clearly noticeable. About this loaded the brain directly from the airport. Before, on the way to the hotel, the guide talked about the country and culture, now - about real estate in Thailand, etc. The hotel guide has also changed and I personally did not like his attitude towards tourists! I would call his work indifferent. No notifications about night or postponed excursions from his side. Previously, the work of the hotel was much more professional! Nevertheless, these little things did not spoil my holiday.
