Rested with my wife in October 2015.11 days from the company Tez Tour. Upon arrival (at about 8 am local time) at the Bangkok airport, I was met by a guide, put into a minibus and taken to the hotel. Since they met only us, we arrived at the hotel in about 2.5 hours. The hotel was checked in immediately upon arrival. We were greeted well at the reception, they speak average English, they understand only basic words. One young Thai knows a few words in Russian)))
The room was simple, no frills. A large bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe for clothes and things, 2 chairs with a table, a refrigerator with a mini-bar, a large mirror in front of the bed, a TV, and air conditioning with a remote control, an electronic safe. There is no balcony, thick curtains hang on the windows, if you close them completely during the day, it will be dark in the room. The air conditioner is good, at first they set 23 degrees at night, at the end it was about 27. It is better not to overdo it with the air conditioner, because.
because of them, many acquaintances come back with a cold or sinusitis (((. The TV shows about 10 channels, there are 2 Russian ones (First and NTV), a couple of local channels, an Arabic channel, a channel about the Koran. There was free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby, in the room - paid. Since we arrived on a beach holiday, the Wi-Fi in the lobby was enough for us to look through the news and call home. We did not use the electronic safe, upon arrival they tried to close it (without documents) following the instructions, but then it would not open wanted. We handed over the documents and money to the safe at the reception and forgot about it. The hair dryer is brought from the reception on request by phone. Every day they changed towels and bed linen, put soap and shampoo, washed in the room. Toilet paper was brought as needed, but always there was a spare roll. The bathtub is combined with the toilet. They cleaned it well, before going in there was a warning knock on the door.

To the right of the hotel is a swimming pool with tables where you can sit with other vacationers in the evening. The hotel has a large lobby with shared air conditioning. 2 bottles of water are brought to your room free of charge every day. Everything else from food and drinks in the room is paid, the bill for the drunk / eaten will be brought upon check-out. We did not use the mini-bar, because prices are higher than in stores.
The hotel has its own parking, a beautiful entrance, densely planted with greenery. Once a week on Friday evening, Chinese tourists come and check in. There are really a LOT of them, it becomes noisy and stuffy in the lobby. It is better not to be there at this time. For 2-3 hours you can see the activity of the Chinese, and on Saturday and Sunday they leave for the whole day on excursions, and you will not see them again.

Our package only included breakfast.
Breakfasts were held in the "dining room" of the hotel, a choice of Thai and European cuisine, about 10 dishes of each cuisine, a buffet. From the drink was tea, coffee, cold orange juice, milk, water. The food is delicious, at first they ate to satiety, then they began to eat more moderately)))

The location of the hotel is good, to the main places of recreation and entertainment - no more than 10 minutes walk. Near the hotel there is a 24-hour shop with everything you need at reasonable prices. Walking street is five minutes walk, as well as 1st and 2nd streets and the pier. 10 minutes to the grocery market. The hotel is a little away from the main noisy places in Pattaya.

You can swim on the beach near the 1st street or on Jomontien, but it's better not to do this, as the beaches are dirty. It is better to take a ferry from the pier to the neighboring island of Koh Lan. The fare is 20 baht, the ride takes about 40 minutes. The ferry runs every hour. On Koh Lan, we liked Tien and Monkey Beach the most.
Every evening we walked along 1st and 2nd streets, dined each time in different restaurants. The food is delicious, the portions are large. By default, they bring food richly seasoned with spices. If you don’t like this arrangement, when ordering, you need to say “but spicy, ” then the spices will be brought to you separately, and you can add them to your liking. Walking in the evenings, we found many small restaurants where the food is tasty and cheap, but it was almost impossible to find them on the map later.

For 11 days of rest we went to different massage parlors. It is impossible to single out any especially, because everything depends on the experience of the masseuse. Most of all I liked the oil massage and foot massage after the excursions.

We went on excursions to Cambodia for 2 days. I liked it very much, thanks to our guides Boris and Vibol)) I liked the excursion to the open zoo where you can feed the animals from your hands. Also went to the X-show, nothing special.
We went to the center of Thai traditional medicine, bought a few products. So far, we can’t say anything about their action, because we haven’t tried it. But acquaintances praise coconut oil and toothpaste very much. We saw a lot of compatriots stuffing baskets with traditional Thai medicine. Whether they help or not is unknown, but the guides give them very good advertising at the entrance)) We also went to Bangkok, in general we liked it, but in the city itself it is very stuffy and hot because of the buildings. You can also advise if it’s cold in the minibus and don’t be shy and ask the driver to turn down the air conditioner, because for foreigners they turn it on to the fullest and it becomes noticeably cold in the cabin.

In general, I liked the hotel, why it has a 3 * category is not entirely clear. In our opinion it is above 3*.
