I'm not too lazy to write a review for the first time in my life. The hotel is nasty, the only good thing about it is the pool. if you want to spend your holiday in the pool go there. There is no sea at all. That ebb tide is a garbage dump. It's not the sea, it's an environmental disaster. Not only that, on weekends - the day of the Chinese is a kick - every Saturday and Sunday, Chinese (or Thais) pile up there in such numbers that there is nowhere to fart, even it is not possible to get into elevators. The deluxe rooms are the cheapest rooms in the hotel and are located on the 3rd floor only. The hotel is 19 floors, all have standard balconies, and on the 3rd floor the balconies are large - everything that flies from the remaining 16 floors is yours. In other hotels where I was, deluxe rooms are much better without the prefix. The main drawback is the shower room (without a bath) - and next to the sink - right in the room without a door - if you want to hide, close the curtain, but this does not reduce the number of sounds in the room from the shower, it is difficult to take a shower and not disturb anyone. The Russian-speaking staff of the hotel Vera - she didn’t care about all the Russians and she herself says that you need to relax on the islands if you want to see the clear sea. Service does not depend on tips in any way, you can simply not leave them, it’s better not to clean them up. I don’t know who writes reviews, BUT I would be very grateful if they warned me that there was no sea there, there was nothing to the rooms, on a Chinese day off, there was nothing to do with children.
And by the way, I read a review about how someone was robbed right from the safe, pulling out money and they were explained that they need to travel with a plastic card and not with cash. No one personally robbed me, for the sake of justice, we note - the staff is honest - once they forgot to close the safe, so the cleaning lady almost grabbed it, she was so worried when she saw me explaining that the safe was open. No one took extra money for the minibar when leaving. But about paying with a card - everything is fine in the hotel, and behind the hotel you can hardly pay by bank transfer anywhere, in restaurants they ask for more money if they accept a card at all.
If you all the same went to this hotel - there is a fancy BUT convenient discount system, on the first day you need to put 10.000 baht in the hotel cashier and you will be given 5.000 baht as a gift, if you are at least 2 people it makes sense, and the more you put the more they give. BUT the girl VERA does not tell anyone about this for some reason, although everything is written on the reception desk.

In general, I believe that this shameful vacation can only appeal to those who left Russia for the first time and have not seen a decent vacation.
