First time in Thailand. when we took this hotel, I did not have time to read all the reviews and then I was very upset, because there are a lot of negative things about this hotel. But then I decided we'll see for ourselves. so, we arrived, settled quickly and without problems, left a deposit of 2000 baht (then everything was returned normally). I really liked the room - a large double bed, clean linen and towels, everything works, the air conditioner is not noisy. the only negative is that there are no balconies there... but that's okay. tidied up and changed everything every day around 10 am I think. we were never in the room at that time - everything came clean and in place =) even without a tip. we had a view of the pool. the territory of the hotel is good, the pool is decent, towels are given out for free - the main thing is not to lose them, it is necessary to rent them (the big minus of the pool is one - it works until 19-00) the hotels didn’t even come close to the sea. there and from the window it was clear that it was very dirty... swimming only on the islands. Pattaya - not really a beach holiday. Although someone told us if you walk along the beach to the end of some kind of mansion, then it is quite clean there and a lot of people swim
we kept everything of value in a safe at the reception, open around the clock
breakfasts are good - but standard =) sausages, bacon, rice, noodles, all sorts of fried vegetables, scrambled eggs, soup, fruits, drinks, vegetables. Buffet

the rest of the time we ate outside the hotel, because the restaurant there is, of course, good - but expensive
there are several cafes around the corner - we ate in each, we liked it everywhere (I won’t advise anything specifically) there is a fish cafe to the right of the hotel near the beach. Who loves all sorts of shells, shrimp, crabs, etc. try
to the left of the hotel if you walk along the beach through some 100 meters there is a very beautiful place. This is some kind of residence or something else =) I don’t know, but there are practically no people there at all, you can take pictures for a walk, peacocks roam freely there. Super place!
For excursions. they didn’t take anything from their guide, it’s very expensive. Around the corner not far from the hotel there is Nika Travel. The Russians Sasha and Zhenya work there. Well done guys! All excursions were taken from them. Everything was great! They all advise and tell. We also called Zhenya on leftist issues, he explained everything well. The money was exchanged with them, the exchange rate is normal. Everything is fair. On each excursion, a Russian guide, all guides are positive and know everything. All in all I recommend them
At the expense of remoteness and transport... because we are a young couple and we like to hang out
The remoteness of the hotel was a huge minus, especially at first when you don’t know where and how to get there. but it was also a big plus. because when the head is spinning from the noise in the center, the hotel was our salvation... complete silence From the hotel, according to the schedule, there is a minibus for 60 baht per person to the center, but you need to sign up for it in advance... at night we caught a taxi back and a tuk tuk taxi and a motto taxi... at first they gave it expensive (we couldn’t agree) and at the end I even liked riding a motto taxi =) (it’s the cheapest and fastest) 100 baht per person was given - 10 minutes and at the hotel . Most importantly, take a map with you. Almost no one knows the way to this hotel.

By the way, in the hotel 70% of tourists are Chinese, Koreans. Personally, they did not bother me, although they are very noisy. We quickly got to know all the Russians, and in the evenings we also sometimes gave them a head start =)
In general, I liked the hotel! But young people have nothing to do there! It's boring all around
