Good evening. Recently returned from Thailand and now decided to leave a howling review. We were exactly in 4 *, i. e. in the new building. I will not write for a long time about all the places that are near the hotel - it's all there in other reviews. Settlement - I can say. that everything is predetermined and the number cannot be changed on the spot, only if you officially (or not officially) pay extra. We had a room with two beds, although my husband and I asked for one double. They said that everything is busy - "come tomorrow. " Zatra came again, but realized that it was useless, although the hotel was half empty. Basically, we just gave up on it. We only had breakfast. Monotonous, but in principle normal, as many write - you will not be hungry. The rest of the time we ate at nearby restaurants or from macaroons. I want to immediately warn you that after all, food on macaroons is a lottery. The whole day all these hearts, fish and shrimp lie in the heat, and flies fly over them. Therefore, it's up to you. I got carried away once just after the hearts. Even if you take them, try to use them with "disinfection", and at that strong - like whiskey or their local rum, which is sold in stores. Mostly we ate at the Wan Pen restaurant - it was delicious and not expensive. They also ate right on the beach, went further, where the boats are. Also tasty and not expensive. Or in the evening we went to the center - there are also enough restaurants. The fact that the hotel is not located in the center is still its plus! First, the sea is cleaner. In the center, right next to a busy road and a bunch of ships, sailing is a very dubious pleasure. Therefore, everyone who lives in the center tries to travel to the islands. We also went twice, just to swim in the turquoise water and walk on the white sand. We left directly from the beach when 6-7 people were recruited. 300 baht per person, if to the nearest beach of Koh Lana, 400 baht, if to the one on the other side of the island, even better. I recommend going to both. Secondly, there is no dirt, stink and crowds of people and cars, as in the center at any time of the day. Therefore, the only slight inconvenience is that you have to take a taxi to the center for 150 baht. back at least. They reminded me of boat trips, as in Turkey 9 with a foam party), we just stopped at the island to feed the monkeys. But it's not worth $50, honestly. It would be better if we went to the islands more than once directly from the beach. Nung Chog. Beautiful but expect too much from this trip. The orchid garden is a very loud word. orchids are in a small greenhouse, everything else is a beautiful park with landscape design. River Kwai. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary either. The most beautiful thing is waterfalls in the jungle with big and small fish that pinch you. We lived in houses on the water. Beautiful, but a lot of ants. All excursions were taken on the street in different agencies. The prices are actually two times cheaper than those of the operators. I regret that we did not go to Bangkok, the zoo and many more places. In general, I liked everything, the kitchen is super (seafood, noodles, Tom Yam, pancakes), the hotel is also not very bad, it's a pity there is no free internet. For four, this is a minus. The climate is really very humid, but the skin and hair are happy. You have to visit here at least once in your life to feel all the flavor of Asia. The main thing is to tune in a positive way and not notice any small features. All pleasant rest.
