It was our honeymoon for our 25th wedding anniversary. We arrived in Thailand on the last day of their New Year, everywhere on the streets we poured ourselves with everything that could be poured over and smeared with clay. It is their custom that the year be fertile and that there be enough rain. We were taken to the hotel by minibus, in the hotel lobby they took our passports, and we were offered soft drinks. A few minutes later we were shown to our room. Our room overlooked the pool, the room is clean and comfortable, linen and towels are changed daily. There is shampoo, shower gel, soap, after-shower balm, toothbrush and paste. The service staff is very friendly and smiling. We took breakfast-dinners, breakfast-buffet, but dinner-a la carte. The menu is in English but they can bring an illustrated menu if you can't explain your order. The choice in the evening of 2 hot dishes is one, some kind of soup, dessert is one, so it's better to take breakfast and eat anywhere in the hotel or outside its territory. In the morning, the buffet is varied, up to the roll. The cafeteria in the hotel is a little expensive and the cakes are not as tasty as they seem at first glance. The hotel stands in the center and nearby, literally outside its territory there is a road along which you can quickly get to nearby shops on foot or by car for 20 baht. From the hotel we went on 2 2-day excursions: to Cambodia and to the Kwai River, we really liked both - I recommend, and I will not say that they were tiring. We have been on other excursions before, and since we had a rest without children, we were not interested in nurseries with animals. On the territory of the pools, the water is pleasant, the sunbeds are free, 2 towels bring a fight as soon as you enter the pool area and choose the sunbeds. There are plenty of free places, mostly foreigners rest. What I didn’t like: we didn’t manage to swim in the bay, the bottom is simply not cleaned there, it’s impossible to enter the coral water, so you have to be content only with pools, or at low tide, and it is every day after 10 (if my memory serves me right) , go along the shallow bottom to a place where you can swim, but there is little pleasure. And everything else is great.
