The appearance corresponds to the declared description, on the 1st floor there is a 24-hour grocery store, very convenient. I didn’t see any Chinese or Indians there. Location - Sol 8 and Beach Road - the very center of the city ("Festival" at 50m, the market at 100). Everything is close! Yes, and the central beach is not so dirty - I went swimming in the morning, so in the morning the sea is clean and the sand is actually sifted with a special rake, but until the evening everything is dirty... vacationers themselves.
Posted in 3 minutes. The room is normal, there is no "living creatures", the furniture is minimal and a little old, but not falling apart. Everything works, the conder is not noisy, although antique and very huge. Water is both hot and cold - 24 hours. From the declared configuration - there is no hairdryer and kettle. Cleaning - daily, bedding changed 4 times in 2 weeks, foot towel - daily, the rest changed every 2-3 days. Soap, shampoo, hats for the shower and sets of cotton buds were added as supplies decreased.
The hotel has no territory, the pool on the roof is 2 floors, clean, although all sorts... bottles, cigarette butts, etc. were scattered next to it all the time.

The food is quite consistent with the stars: coffee (normal), tea (G-no), milk, 2 types of juice (for 3 plus), 2-3 types of cookies, cereal, toaster bread (full G. , but in Tae all wheat bread -G. ), bananas, pineapples, watermelons; fresh - cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots and some other greens. Scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, rice and beans (most likely canned) - all this every day. In addition, 3 types of hot - chicken, pork, rice, rice vermicelli and various vegetables (including potatoes) - changed in different combinations every day. Maybe not too varied, but everything was fresh for me. Breakfast from 7 to 11, then it works like a regular cafe, but I only had breakfast, appreciate I can not.
The staff is friendly, they understand English, they respond to requests quickly.
Noise outside the window really takes place, although the window + glazed balcony makes it not stressful. But! If you already sleep sooo sensitively - you are not here.
TOTAL:
The proximity of the beach is a plus of the hotel. Many hotels in Pattaya are located either far from the sea, or geographically - on the coast - and there is no entrance to the sea - rocks, or in some kind of kushers - the hotel is good, the territory too, and around - slums...
Russians! If you have "extra" 30.50. 100 thousand rubles. then in my opinion you should not spend them on hotel "stars" - I assure you that in Thailand there are places to spend them with greater benefit.
And now the advice that they didn’t give me when I was going to go to Tai: you don’t have to drag your summer wardrobe with you - take a T-shirt, shorts and slippers to change on the plane. At the nearest market for 2-3 tr. you can buy yourself an entire summer wardrobe: shirts (cotton, silk) 200-250 rubles, shorts, trousers 150-300 rubles. etc. It is a pity that my "estimate" for the trip did not "fit" shoes made of crocodile (10-15t. r. ) and snakeskin (4-7t. r. ) skin... I will buy it on my next trip!
