About Eastiny Place Hotel 3*
I give the hotel 9 points out of 10, because for a troika it is just wonderful, but there were some moments that you can find fault with (if you really want to ; )). For example, the fact that the safe is at the reception and you can use it only from 8.00 to 21.00. But on the other hand, your valuables and jewelry are under round-the-clock supervision.
The location of the hotel is excellent - the very center of Pattaya, a 2-minute walk from the Festival Center (shopping, food courts, a huge supermarket on the 0th floor), next to the night market (by the way, the exchanger with the best exchange rate at the time of our stay was located on this market - a bright pink sign is visible directly from the road), walk to Walking Street 15 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by tuk; walking to Tukkom (a huge center with appliances, iPhones, iPads, etc. ) along Second Road, going into all the shops we were interested in, reached in 40 minutes.

We had a Triple superior - on the 3rd floor, the windows overlook the neighboring building, which is located 2 meters from ours. The picture is not very picturesque, but the plus is that the room was always quiet. Pleased with a small balcony (for smokers - this is very important). Tip: take a rope with you, from which you can build a dryer for swimsuits and towels, because there is absolutely nowhere to dry things in the room.
The room is clean, everything you need is there: TV, minibar (for a fee, but we asked to clean everything right away and loaded the refrigerator with our drinks and fruits), hairdryer in the bath; shampoos, soaps, cotton swabs and towel sets are updated and changed every day. Every day a free bottle of water per person.
The hotel has a wonderful swimming pool (on the 4th floor). We swam a couple of times when we couldn't get to the beach.
For those who are worried about the company: every evening our compatriots gather in the hotel lobby to drink beer (bought at the next 7-11) and use the free Wi Fi.
Breakfasts are beyond praise: varied, delicious, fresh dishes, there is always fresh fruit.
The staff is friendly, unobtrusive.
From the hotel there were only positive impressions. And if I ever decide to visit Pattaya again, I will be happy to return to this hotel.

In general, about the rest
We checked into the hotel at 23.00 and immediately moved to reconnaissance on Beach Road. My eyes popped out of shock: under each palm tree there are 5 girls of easy virtue, rats run around right there, garbage is everywhere, the stench of garbage dumps mixed with the smell of fish is a deadly mixture. We got to Walking Street, walked around, saw enough of the half-naked girls, went to the Lima-Lima club for reconnaissance - nothing special.
And in general, looking ahead, I can say that the clubs were not particularly pleased somehow.

The next day, we went to change money, went to the Festival Center - stocked up in a supermarket, opposite the Festival there is an office of Coconut-Travel (I can safely recommend it, because prices are really lower than everywhere else, and excursions are organized at the proper level). We bought a Transfer to Samet in the first travel agency that came across (500 baht per person one way to the pier - a taxi driver drove; later we realized that it was easier and cheaper to negotiate on our own with a taxi driver for 900 baht for 3 people one way, which we did on way back from Samet - right on the pier, disembarking from the ferry). A ferry ticket costs 100 (to the pier located near Sai Kaew Beach) or 140 (to the Wong Duean Beach Pier) round-trip (open date). We took it for 100, which we were very happy about later, because the environmental fee on this pier was exactly 10 baht per person (and not 200, as on Malibu Beach).
We got from this pier to Sai Kaev in a green van - a taxi for 30 baht per person. Drive exactly 2 minutes. Back already walked - 10 minutes.
We went to the beach and went along the coast to look for accommodation for the next 2 days. After 10 minutes, we settled in a bungalow for 1000 baht a day for three, without air conditioning, with fans. The dwelling was very modest, but it suited us, because from the door of the bungalow to the favorite sunbeds on the beach was exactly a minute walk  . In the evening, we watched a fire show on the beach (at nightfall, several groups of guys walk along the coast, showing their skills).
Two days in paradise ended quickly, it was necessary to return to Pattaya.
I liked the 2-day excursion to the River Kwai, but did not cause puppy delight. The Erawan waterfall is generally a sad sadness ...Our waterfalls are much more beautiful. I really enjoyed riding the elephants and their shows.
In the remaining 2 days in Pattaya, we rode on about.
Koh Larn, went to Big Buddha hill, visited Tukkom, night market and Outlet Mall.
Bangkok is an incredible city, with its huge number of temples, shrines, skytrain, tuk-tuks, crazy traffic jams, huge shopping malls, China Thai, an observation deck on the 84th floor, etc. Spent 2 days there will be remembered for a long time. I can only say that I developed a route for exploring Bangkok for about a month, shoveled a lot of sites on the Internet, and was warned about the "fool". And anyway, I fell for the bait of a tuker, who took us to see the "Standing" Buddha, then to the "golden" store and then threw us near the nearest temple. Fortunately, we looked at all this for free : ) Well, then we continued to see the sights according to the previously planned plan
