1. Good afternoon everyone. Just returned from a trip to Thailand (February 13-23.2016). We rested 10 days in Thailand, Pattaya, the Eactiny Plaza Hotel 3 *. And so I sat down to write a review based on fresh memories. At first I wanted to write a bunch of nasty things about the hotel, I came up with a scarier name. Then I sat down and, after thinking, I write everything as it is, I want to explain the problems that arose with us and the people who rested there. To begin with, about the carrier and the flight. Azuraero from Moscow - flight delay for 3 hours, the plane is certainly too small for a long-distance flight. No claims to the crew. Well done. Faced with the problem that I will write about below, after talking with Russian-speaking vacationers at the hotel and realizing that ALMOST 100% OF THEM DID NOT IMAGINE what exactly they would have to face, I decided at first to write not about the hotel itself, but about its location and the area where it is located, the environment and those problems that I, and all vacationers faced.
Maybe I did not read the reviews carefully, maybe they are written in such a way that this is somehow mentioned in passing. But I repeat, after talking with vacationers and realizing that almost 100% of them DID NOT GUESS what awaits them, I write about it first.
So, the Eastiny hotel group (and these are about 5 hotels located nearby). They are located in the block adjacent to the Beach road on the 8th alley, not far from the Central Festival Pattaja complex and the Hilton hotel. What is this area? categories - from Hilton 5 * and Holidey Inn 5 * hotels to small 2 * and 3 * hotels, small shops, and most importantly, a HUGE NUMBER of DIFFERENT BARS, BARS, PIP-SHOWS, OTHER EASTERS, music in which rumbles almost midnight and only stops at 3-3.30. It rumbles so that falling asleep even wearing earplugs (which are kindly in every room with condoms at the service of guests) is impossible.

Upon arrival, we were given room 314 on the 3rd floor (windows towards the building with stairs). In short, we did not try to fall asleep in different ways (AND THIS IS AFTER A SLEEPLESS NIGHT! ) - it did not work out. Until at 3 o'clock all the music in the area was cut out. Having suffered so much overnight, with the help of our hotel guide (Alisher, in my opinion? ) And an additional payment of 156 green American rubles, we changed to room 804 on the 8th floor. Why is it so expensive? Well, supposedly a new junior suite, that's why the surcharge. True, I didn’t understand what was there (in the room) so junior? There was only a small kettle for 600 grams, the rest is the same as in room 314. But the music rumbled much less. This suited us.
Hotel:
1-Swimming pool. Normal. old, wooden deck chairs from the 50s, (half of them are broken), two umbrellas for everyone (whoever comes first), old, dry floors along the pool, Towels are not fresh and not always. Shower, toilet and urinal (without doors). Well, in general, it will do
2-Breakfast-according to the system Do not die of hunger. This is my third time in Pattaya. Both the first times in 3-shki (Pattaya Garden and Cozy Beach-both 3-shki). But I can’t even roughly compare the squalor that was for breakfast with them. Fried eggs (report only if you tell the staff), dry rice, fried potatoes, sausages, sliced boiled ham, toast, baked goods - small buns of three types (all pastries fit on a small tray). Vegetables-watermelons (finely chopped), papaya ( 2 times in 10 days), 1 time - overripe bananas, boiled corn, finely chopped. From drinks, ersatz juices (as everywhere else in Egypt and Turkey), coffee, and tea bags. Everything. Employees are vigilantly watching so that you, God forbid, do not take anything with you. If they see it, they will be outraged.
3-housekeeping-no at all. The towel will be changed. the bed will be made, the garbage will be removed (only from the trash cans - if you put the bag separately, clean it yourself, they won’t touch it), that’s it. Tea and coffee do not periodically report, soap and shampoo, too, if you use. It is explained this way - What do you want, it's not Thais, Thais only at the reception. The rest of the guest workers are local (Burmese, Cambodians, etc. ) - what to take from them?
4-reception-Thais. Usually they pretend that mine doesn't understand yours. Not in English, much less in Russian. All questions are only with a hotel guide.
IN GENERAL, THE MOST IMPORTANT MINUS OF THE HOTEL IS NOISE AND THE POSSIBILITY TO SLEEP UP TO 3-4 HOURS. There are three exits: 1-sit until 3 am, 2-adapt to the rhythm of local life and walk up to 3 hours.

3rd way - a bottle of good whiskey for the night - and sleep like a dead man (not suitable for everyone.
5-TV-shows 2 of our programs. Arkhangelsk and Tyumen. Shows in different rooms in different ways and is generally very bad. One channel worked with us only 2 days out of 10.
And as we understood (and the condoms in the room confirm this), the hotel rents out rooms for the night. When we were in the next room, the Chinese took two whores and they gave heat there all night !!!! ! I won’t say that they differed much from them in this plan and Europeans!
Infrastructure around the hotel:
1-Food. From macaroons with different varieties of which are around in abundance, to cafes and restaurants. In Centralfestival on the -1 floor you can eat normally and inexpensively. You buy a card for 100-500 rubles, you collect food, after that the remaining money on the card is returned to you. Soup-normal portion-50-70 baht, 2nd dish-from 55 to 200 tons, depending on what you choose. My wife and I usually took 1 first for two and a 2nd course each. It usually came out 150-170 baht.
2-entertainment. From the same bars and clubs, to Alcazar and Tiffany. I liked the 3D gallery (opposite Tiffany), a bunch of all sorts of massage parlors.
3-fruits. We went to the market to Michael shopping mall (10-20 min walk) - we bought there.
4-Wine and other drinks. I don’t drink myself. But if you need to, you can take a 10 baht tuk-tuk to the “dolphins” - there is an excellent store, Maybe there is somewhere nearby. It’s just that there is a large choice. There are also fruits at the Central Festival.
The sea - we went to swim on the island of Koh Lang. We get to Volkin Street (or immediately to the pier for 20-30 baht), then a little on foot. On the ferry and here we are on Koh Lang. And the water is cleaner than in Pattaya. ) very often, as far as occupancy.

Excursions. Well, since everything has risen in price (and excursions too) they were taken only on the street. In Pattaya, we went to the Colosseum, the building itself was impressive, the show, in my opinion, is worse than in Tiffany and Alcazar. Yes, even huge crowds of Chinese !! ! Outside Pattaya- we went to the “Land of Kings and Alpaca Park” - an excursion, but that kind of money (3000 baht for 1 day! ) It’s not worth it (for example, the River Kwai de Luxe-2 days-2700). We went to the “Lost World” - I also liked it . We went to the Mini Siam park ourselves - the whole world in miniature. They say it's better in the evening - turn on the lights.
In general, everything would be fine if we knew that it would be so noisy in the evening.
TOTAL-I can only recommend this hotel to people who are going to lead a nocturnal lifestyle during the trip!! !
