Have a good holiday everyone! We rested with my husband, my girlfriend, who had already rested earlier in this hotel, went with us. On her recommendation, we chose the hotel. We really liked the hotel. It is perfectly located: the Festival shopping center, the embankment and Walking Street can be reached in 7-10 minutes on foot, if you go through the "yards" - it's easy to navigate on the map. Life began to sparkle when we asked the reception to change our room (delux room) to an odd number 501. In this hotel it is better to immediately ask for odd numbers - they overlook the courtyard and the pool, it is much quieter here at night. Even numbers can be very disappointing, because all these numbers below the 6th floor "look point-blank" at the wall of the opposite building. In terms of nutrition (breakfasts) - there were no special complaints - I was surprised by the good quality of sausages and ham, we also ate scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs and rice + fruits (pineapples and watermelon), toasts with jam, but we did not understand the local hotel cuisine. There were no special complaints about the service either: they cleaned every day, changed towels, bed linen every other day, sometimes they “forgot” to put tea / coffee and shake out the ashtray on the balcony. IMPORTANT! The hotel does not steal. At least we were lucky: we forgot to close the safe (it was wide open), there was a very decent amount of money in it - they didn’t touch anything, they didn’t take it for a tip)))) We also want to recommend the travel agency "At Shurik", located a minute's walk from the hotel ( when you exit the hotel, go right and then left towards 3rd street (the agency will be on your right hand). The representative of the agency Danil (tel. Tour, Gibbon Flight, Madagascar, Tiffany Show), helped with advice and deed - we went to him for any questions. worse, and the price of pleasures was sometimes 1.5-2 times lower. They do not save on food, accommodation, or entertainment. WE RECOMMEND THE TOUR AGENCY "U SHURIKA" Advice: do not take a lot of clothes, shoes with you - everything can be bought on the spot for a penny. Nights are warm, clothes are warmer flies-off jackets or a stole are simply not needed. The main recommendation for tuk-tuks: categorically DO NOT talk with the driver (as soon as you start asking about something, the price of the trip increases significantly). We always paid (both in the morning and in the evening) at the end of the trip 10 baht per person - there were never any complaints. PAY WITHOUT SURRENDER! Tuk-tuk does not always go along the route that should be. Just stop, get out, pay and transfer to another. We dined more often in the "Festival" shopping center - food for every taste and not expensive. We sometimes ate from the makashnitsa - no one was ever poisoned. In short - everything))) Have a good rest!
