From the news it was reported that Pattaya was flooded, flooding, more than 100 people died and crocodiles crawled out into the street and the crocodile farm, so we drove upset initially, as they spoiled our good mood upon arrival, although we were reassured that all this was not true. I had to find webcams and see what was happening there, I found a couple and calmed down, but it was still dumb. We flew on a direct flight Kyiv - Bangkok for 9 hours, departed at 14.00 on September 26 and arrived on September 27 at 3.30. We got off the plane and went to look for passport control.

I slept for about two hours, my mother did not sleep, we went to test the territory. I immediately found a local market and we went to buy fruit, we already wanted to eat something (they don’t serve breakfast upon arrival in hotels !! ! ). The market liked fruit cheaply, but the choice is not very large. If you stand with your back to the entrance of the hotel. We met with the guide, signed up for 2 free tours (Nong Nooch Park and Crocodile Farm). Our guide Olga persuaded us for a long time to take excursions only from her, we said that we would think about it, since we initially knew that we would buy excursions from Manop.
We walked around Jomtien in the evening, at every corner they give a price list with prices. In Kokos, we were generally told that the island of Koh Chang was flooded and landslides had begun, and I first of all wanted to go to Koh Chang and really wanted to go to Cambodia. Then we came to Manop and talked, too, took the price, he reassured us that there are all excursions and Cambodia and Chang are in good condition. We decided not to go to the cafe for dinner, we bought sushi on the street for 10 baht a piece (I really liked it, the taste of the sushi itself and the sauce really differs from what is sold in our restaurants). We came to the room, ate and compared the prices of all excursions and naturally stopped to take from Manop, but not all excursions were in the price list, I really wanted to visit the Temple of Truth. When they came to buy excursions, they found out that you can also book an excursion to the Temple of Truth from him, a ticket there costs 500 baht, Manop sold us an excursion for 450 baht with a transfer.
The next day we went on a free tour to Nong Nooch Park. We were picked up at 8 am after breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel from 6 am to 10 am. We really liked the breakfast, only watermelons and pineapples were given from fruits, a very tasty soup, various buns and croissants, coffee tea, vegetarian dishes, rice, meat dishes, fish, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, croutons, vegetables, in general, everything was enough and everything is very tasty.
We went on an excursion by a large double-decker bus, arrived very quickly, the cost of the excursion does not include travel through the park on an open minibus 100 baht. At first, we were brought to the orchid park, it is very beautiful, it is difficult to describe, since all this must be seen There are animals in the park with which you can take a picture for 50 baht. I took pictures with a tiger cub, fed him milk, so pretty! ! ! ! There was a big tiger, small and big elephants, monkeys and birds.
Then we were taken through the park, it is very beautiful, there are many different figurines of animals, cacti, there are enclosures with animals, you can also take pictures with them. Then there was a themed show about Thailand with dances and elephants, Thai boxing. I really liked the show with elephants, elephants dance, draw, play basketball, you can also buy bananas for 40 baht and feed the elephants. Then they gave us 40 minutes to walk around the park, it’s not realistic to see everything in such a short time, but we tried our best to run and see. Then, as usual, they took me to the gift shop. We didn’t buy anything there, as we were told by tourists who had already walked around Pattaya that everything was very expensive.
They returned us to the hotel sometime in the afternoon and we decided not to waste time and decided to go to the Big Buddha on our own. We got on a tuk-tuk, arrived for 10 baht and got off near the turn, as on the map, then went up on foot to the Golden Buddha, walk for 10-15 minutes.
We walked, we were almost alone there, it is very beautiful, especially when you can see the statue of Buddha at the bottom of the stairs. Passed near the Chinese temples, there is also when to climb to the Buddha, an observation deck. Where you can see the sea and hotels in Pattaya. We returned back right there, caught a tuk-tuk and went to the hotel, took 20 baht from us, because tuk-tuks are more expensive on this road. And be sure to ask when he stops one here-tuk or taxi. As for massage, massage in Thailand is amazing! ! ! We tried to walk as much as possible, missed only if we returned very late from excursions. Be sure to do a foot massage before flying back, I endured the flight perfectly, I didn’t even notice how they flew in and there was no swelling of the legs and they didn’t hurt! They did a massage at the hotel, they also do it not badly, but whoever you get to, they did it perfectly for me, but my mother’s masseuse is not very ...I had a younger one. They asked who from our hotel went, they were also not very happy. And one more thing, they do a massage near the pool and lie, like on a stage like a show time, for those who swim in the pool.
About food. We did not have lunch, we bought mostly fruits and in the evening, when we were not on excursions, we went to cafes near our hotel. We tried Tom Yam soup, didn’t like it much, it tasted better on excursions in restaurants!
We had three 2 day excursions so didn't have time to go to cafes and try everything there. Delicious pancakes for 30 baht are made near the hotel and all sorts of seafood, chicken and fish skewers. Highly recommend and not expensive!
Excursion to the crocodile farm. We left at 8 am. It's not far to go either. Luckily, there were almost no people, perhaps they were afraid of the news that the crocodiles had escaped, which is probably why they wandered almost alone there. It was creepy to see crocodiles in a cage, right next to it, but behind a wire, as if it would come up to you now ....and especially, the creepy sight when they swim out of the green water…. . You can feed them there, I didn’t dare, I don’t really like them much, they are sold locally like a soup chicken set, they hook it on a string and throw it down and they try to catch it, though not much and fought for this piece ...probably not very hungry.
I was impressed by the show of crocodiles, the trainer pulls them, puts his hand in his mouth, then his head, which raises a smaller crocodile and carries it in his arms. After the show, you could take a picture while sitting on a crocodile, not impressed ...After that, they give you time to walk around the park of million-year-old stones (very beautiful park ! ! ! ), the zoo, visit the reservoir with catfish and you can feed them there, as well as try crocodile dishes, cost the most expensive dish is 500 baht, we just didn’t have time to try it until everyone went around! From animals:

Then we walked around the factory and decided that we would not buy anything, it was too expensive (you can order a free transfer from a hotel or agency anywhere on the street to a jewelry factory. And they bring it to another completely and cheaper! We bought pearl beads there for $ 40). After the tour, they offered the option to either take me to the hotels or you could say where they would take us. We decided not to waste time again and asked to be taken to the aquarium (this tour can be taken from Manop for 400 baht with a transfer). Entrance costs 500 baht. There is a tunnel from the aquarium and sharks, stingrays and other big fish swim overhead, very interesting, especially when the shark hangs right overhead.
There are several aquariums with different types of fish. If you're lucky, you can get to the beaver show, we just got there!
The next day, an excursion to the Temple of Truth (the film Love in the Big City 2 was filmed here). The transfer arrived at 9.30 (a passenger car with an English-speaking driver), there were only two of us. Also not far to go. It has four groups representing images related to the Buddhist and Hindu religions and mythologies of Cambodia, China, India and Thailand. Since construction is still going on, we were given helmets, and it is also impossible to enter the temple with open knees.

We also took some fruit there, it’s good that not a lot, because then we went to the night market and no longer had the strength to wander there ..... The night market is very close, in fact, you don’t have to go, we walked on foot, standing with our backs to the Lotus, turn left to go past the Mall, we went in, didn’t impress anything and then turn left again and go straight all the time and immediately it will you can see it, it stretches along the road. There is everything and clothes and shoes, fruits, sushi, all kinds of insects and everything is very cheap! ! ! I bought two sundresses there for 100 baht. I simply didn’t have the strength to walk and think, I could have taken more, the same sundresses are everywhere from 200-300 baht. T-shirts for 100 baht, but the same can be found on Walking Street, except that there are not so many options for colors and patterns.

You can get from our hotel by two tuk-tuks, go to the first traffic light, then turn onto another street and transfer to another tuk-tuk and almost to the end, you will already see where to get off. The market is open from 5 pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Free day. What to do? ? ? We are going to Koh Lang on our own. We take a tu-tuk for 10 baht, go to the Beverli Plaza hotel, exit at the traffic light and turn left to Walking Street, reach the Walking Street and also turn left and go straight to the pier, don't miss it. On the pier or right next to the steamboat we buy a ticket for 30 baht, there are two options for steamboats and they go to different piers and at different times, it’s better to ask if we went to Tien Beach, as everyone in the reviews advised and were not mistaken. This boat leaves at 7 and 10 am, and the next one at 12 or later, but we never went later. Drive 40 minutes.

We were picked up at 5 am, in the evening we ordered breakfast to go, coffee in a jar with sugar (I don’t drink with sugar, so I bought it at the cafe where I stopped for breakfast) chicken leg, egg, bacon and cheese sandwich, banana, croissant.
After we returned and before dinner we could swim in the sea, walk, ride ...in general, free time. The hotel room had everything: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, all disposable. The room has slippers and bathrobes. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony, a great view of the lake. Dinner was in the style of a Chinese table, they put dishes on a circle inside the table and each moved himself. After dinner there was a fire show. In the morning, getting up for breakfast with things, at breakfast they show pictures of dishes and you need to show a finger and he brings, such as options for scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, rice. After breakfast, they put us on a yacht and we sail to the islands, the extreme was crazy, the weather got worse, and it was stormy, we were thrown so over the waves ....We arrived at the islands. And the weather seems to have changed, the sun is shining, there are no waves The first island is swimming with masks. Masks are given for free, but it is better to buy in advance for 200 baht in Pattaya.
The second island of Koh Ring, also swimming, basically everyone takes pictures there, very beautiful, crystal water of emerald color. We arrived late, and I had to get up at 4 in the morning and go to Cambodia, my mother did not agree to go, so I went myself, it was lucky that from our hotel a married couple also went with me, with whom we were on the Kwai River, so my mother generally remained calm. In Cambodia, you need to take dollars from money! ! ! Sea of adventure and impressions! ! ! Nalas trip with the fact that our driver does not know English ....We have been looking for all the tourists for a long time ....Stayed for an hour. When we were collected, there were 7 of us.
We were lucky with the group, very friendly and cheerful! ! ! (In general, we had good companies on all excursions, Manop picked up ) We took the guide and drove off. We drove very fast, didn’t stop for breakfast, ate on the way, we all sat one by one like VIPs, so we managed to sleep. They took our passports from us, gave them back only in the evening and already with a visa. At the border, we were picked up by a bus, we arrived somewhere and were transferred to a minivan, there another guide Stanislav was already waiting for us (we drove from the Sanya Tour agency, Manop works with several agencies). We went to Siem Reap, stayed at the Angkok home 4 * hotel, a very beautiful hotel, a hall with fountains and boats in the fountain There is a swimming pool, everything in the room has disposable shampoos, toothbrushes, etc. ...We went for lunch, in style Chinese table, everything is very tasty! ! ! ! (In general, I really liked the food in Cambodia) and went to Tonle Sap Lake. What they write everywhere, which is creepy and disgusting, I didn’t see it, I saw people living their lives, they are so used to living and they don’t think it’s creepy! Very nice people, sad eyes, but very kind!
We swam across the lake, children with snakes swam past, but no one jumped up to us, they just swam past, I didn’t even feel disgusted, even though I’m terribly afraid of snakes. We fell into a period of flooding, the water rose strongly in the river, you could even see how the snakes swim there ...this one was fairy ....There was a stop on the river in the market, everything is very cheap, you have to bargain, always give way. I managed to buy a sundress for myself and a blouse for my mother and a T-shirt for my father, it would be time to buy something else, but the stop was for 15 minutes, there are live crocodiles sitting in the aviary in the market ...real exotic And then we went to meet the sunset in Angkor Wat . Just a crazy place, such energy…………When the sunset started and we wandered inside, such a headache started that we ran from there to take a picture outside and the head went off…And all the groups had it! ! ! Very beautiful, many complain that this is not in the program, so we had it, as Manop promised!
Then we were taken to dinner - this is something, a buffet ....everything was there ...I regretted that I didn’t have two stomachs to try everything ...A huge selection of absolutely dishes that are in Thai, Chinese cuisine, sushi, fruits and much more. As for drinks, we decided to take beer, one and a half liters costs $ 3, we took two decanters for 7 people. Showed in the same show Apsara. Then Stanislav suggested that we go to the night early, and of course we went, they gave us only an hour, it would be more time ..... I managed to get myself a sundress, excellent quality, men's T-shirts, mom's tunic, scarves, everything is very cheap! ! ! We went to the hotel, we wanted to swim in the pool. But it was already closed as it was already 11pm. There are two computers with free internet in the hotel, but it was not possible to talk on Skype, there is no microphone. In the morning we went to the hotel for breakfast and waited for the transfer to the temples. The shuttle was an hour late.
We visited the temples: Banteay Srei, Ta Prohm and Bayon and Angkor Wat on the other side, where you had to cover your shoulders and knees to climb to the top! In addition to Stas, we had a local guide with us, for which we would also need an interpreter, since it was not clear what he was saying ....We dined at our hotel. Eviction from the hotel and our guides left us and we were left alone with the driver in the minibus, which was barely moving along the road in a semi-working condition ...it’s good that we got to the border, we had time ...You need to go through customs before 20.00. We went through customs, went to neutral territory, reached the customs of Thailand, our new local guide appeared, led us through and then disappeared ....
I had to re-buy a visa for 1000 baht, Russia passed, and we were left alone with the girl, since she was also from Ukraine, her agency, where she bought the tour, was not warned, not about a visa, not about a photo, not about a reverse a ticket, it’s good that she had an electronic ticket in the mail, they barely found an Internet cafe on neutral territory, it started to rain ....ran for an hour and a half...Incredible adventures in Cambodia also turned out In general, the impressions were not forgotten, despite a bunch of obstacles!! ! !
On the way back, motorbikers crashed into us, the girl went through the whiskey (she had time while they were waiting for us at the border) and fell to sleep right on the floor in the minibus, that is, the way back was with animation
There were two days left and we spent on Lang Island, and in the evening with the girls we went to Walking to the Mix disco, I personally didn’t like it, you can see it once, but no more, it’s not real to dance, there are a lot of people, a lot of Thais and trances and Arabs ...Admission is free, drinks are expensive, we drank tequila on Volkin, three times cheaper! Another one is given as a gift.
And the last day was left for shopping, we went to Big C (to go by tuk-tuk from our hotel without transfers, go back by two tuk-tuks), cheap fruits, you can choose something from clothes, cheap children's clothes. We walked in Pattaya through shopping centers and street shops, everything is much more expensive!
What else would you like to write about the hotel? The room was cleaned relatively normally, towels were changed, bedding, shower gels, shampoos, soap, ear sticks, two waters were put every day. Safe is free, no deposit required! ! !
About the theft, there were hryvnias in the bag, they pulled out one piece of paper 200 hryvnias (this is 25 USD, and perhaps they themselves did not know how much money it was), they left the rest, so I noticed when I arrived, so don’t leave anything in the room! ! ! They steal everywhere, you just can't leave anything! And it all depends on the person, at first the girls cleaned us, and in the end the boys cleaned .. .
