The hotel is clean, well maintained, renovated (at least in the part of the building where our room was).
On our tour, the reservation was on the "City View (new)" room, overlooking the backyard of the hotel, or rather, the garbage disposal and waste disposal from the restaurant). The noise of the huge air conditioners and hoods located on the roof of the restaurant was very disturbing. And since our room was located above the restaurant, it was very noisy. . .
At the hotel, we were quickly issued and settled, despite the fact that it was not yet 14.00. They took a deposit of 100 dollars. There were two Russian girls at the reception, but they came at 9.00.
The food is excellent. Even better than excellent!!! ! Fried bacon, red fish (in abundance), sausages, beef, various meats, vegetables, fruits. Nothing to complain about.

In the room. They cleaned normally (not a fountain, of course), the towels are clean, the bed is a fairy tale! There was a set for tea - tea, coffee, sugar, cream, kettle, water 2 bottles - free of charge; safe, hairdryer. By the way, at the reception you need to take a sheet with a login and password for Wi-Fi (the Internet is free, which is very pleasing). The connection is good, it works throughout the hotel and in the room.
Pool and beach. The pool gives out 2 towels per person, you can go to the beach with them, but you have to return them back on the same day. The beach is across the road (50-100 meters). Approach any sun loungers, a caring Thai woman will immediately run up, cover your sun loungers and offer you drinks (for a fee), the cost of 2 sun loungers and a table is 100 baht. At the pool, of course, all this is free.
Excursions. We were included in the cost of the tour (BAT company), I must say right away - not very much !! ! It would be better if they weren't there... Too much superfluous - shopping, souvenirs, pharmacies, factories (all this is 3 times more expensive, don't buy). Only the Nong Nooch botanical garden was interesting. In general, excursions will be offered to you by your guide at the hotel, and you can choose for yourself.
Meals outside the hotel. Anywhere and anytime! Everything is very cheap!!!!! ! We went to the market on a Tuk-tuk (10 baht per person). You can buy a lot of things and for a penny, you can bargain, but the Thais are not particularly inferior, even sometimes angry...
General information. It takes 5 minutes by tuk-tuk from the hotel to the famous Volkin Street. Approach the road, the tuk-tuk stops, you sit down and eat. When you need to get out, press the bell button, at the exit you give the money to the driver. I warn you: there are no traffic rules for Thais! They do not react to pedestrians and red traffic lights. It was probably funny to look at us when we pressed the traffic light button and, having waited for the "green", boldly stepped onto the roadway... As a result, the Thais continued to drive as they drove)))) No one was going to stop!
Therefore, the road had to be quickly crossed))))

Eviction. There was an incident - our guide (the host) forgot to call us and tell us about the time of the transfer from the hotel. Without waiting for his call, I had to disturb him ourselves... By the way, when you check in at the hotel, they give you a SIM card (for free), which you put in your phone, and throughout the rest you will have a connection with the guide (you can call in Thailand , and beyond). We did not put this SIM card, so I can’t say anything about the tariffs.
In case of early check-out (in the evening), go to the Reception and ask to prepare a lunch box for you in the morning.
Then we went to the island of Koh Chang, to another hotel, of course, so the adventure continued)))))))))
