The hotel is quite normal for its 3 *. We, as unpretentious people, were quite satisfied with the conditions provided, especially since Thailand is not at all conducive to passive relaxation with lying down in a hotel and watching TV. The room had everything you need: refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, kettle, we were delivered 500 ml daily. drinking water; everything worked, cleaned and changed bed linen and towels daily.
Breakfasts are basically normal (the only thing I didn't like was the lack of "live" milk for coffee, which they replaced with dry milk and some specific Thai dishes for breakfast). Ham, fruit (watermelon, pineapple), scrambled eggs, toast, pancakes and an assortment of 2nd courses were included in the indicated breakfasts.
As written below, the hotel does not have a territory, but for Tai, it seems to me that it is not necessary. The windows from our room overlooked a garbage heap with a bunch of broken toilets, but this didn’t bother me either, because we only spent the night in the room, traveling around the neighborhood all day long.

As for the Chinese, there are no more of them in the hotel than Russians, and they did not interfere at all with either breakfast or rest. In general, they are very cheerful and energetic.
It is better not to leave valuables, documents, money in the rooms. At the reception you can rent a safe for 100 baht for the duration of your holiday.
A 15-minute walk to the beach with sand and sun loungers. Someone wrote that the hotel is inconveniently located... I can argue with that! Of course, if you are one of those people who are used to eating a lot and walking a little, then it will not be convenient for you to walk 15-20 minutes to the beach. And we are energetic people, and therefore we really liked to walk, and getting to the shops or the beach was not difficult for us and did not cause inconvenience. In general, it is better to sunbathe and swim on the islands, for example, Koh Lane, where a boat departs from the pier for 30 baht in one direction every day, sailing for 30 minutes. Beautiful beach, white sand and clear water, many cafes and restaurants. It is better to go to this island on an 8-hour boat (there will be few people on the island). The boat runs every 2 hours.
On the street leading from the hotel to the Gulf of Thailand, there is an Internet cafe (on the right), and directly opposite it on the left hand side there is a clean dining room where young girls prepare delicious soups and a second with a little spice, which is very acceptable for our stomachs. A portion of soup costs 30-40 rubles, the second (rice or noodles with chicken or shrimp) is also 30 rubles. So eating there is cheap and nice.
Summarizing all of the above, I can say that I was very pleased with the trip! I will definitely go there again and again!! !
