The hotel is very well located at the beginning of Jomtien, across the street from the municipal beach. Excellent breakfasts, small beautiful area with pools. Construction is underway near the entrance, it does not interfere with rest, repairs are also underway on the beach, but there is an opportunity to swim and sunbathe. The contingent is predominantly Asian population.
We were immediately settled in the Palm Corps (closer to the sea) on the 10th floor. There are no balconies in any room category. The room itself, unfortunately, is shabby, there is nowhere to put things, a very narrow closet with 6 hangers, some of the things had to be stored in a suitcase. There are leaks on the ceiling. Of course, we scored excursions and were rarely in the room, but the attitude of the staff to cleaning is still incomprehensible, as well as the inability to put things in the closet. Tipping problems do not solve.
We took only breakfasts, which we never regretted, because we wanted to try everything and everywhere, but we never missed them either - a variety of food that we were not tired of during the entire vacation.

Since we are big fans of seeing new places and visiting excursions, we naturally did not use the services of our hotel guide from Anex (because it is very expensive). We selected tours in advance, opted for Nika Travel Pattaya, good service, affordable prices and willingness to help on all issues.
In general, you could find a much better hotel in the same price range.
