My holiday in Thailand began with Phuket, continued purely by chance in Pattaya! the fact is that due to martial law in Bangkok (where our vacation was supposed to end), we were transferred to Pattaya to the Long Beach Hotel. Of course the difference between Phuket and Pattaya is heaven and earth! Phuket - the sea is azure clean, the people are friendly, smiling, there was no crime and theft, there was no close thing, the camera and money were left unattended on the beach - after returning everything is in place! Minus Phuket - you need to have a normal level of English, Thais from Russian only know hello and yum-yum)))) We arrived in Pattaya - the sea is dirty, noise is everywhere, Thais are cunning, they are looking for profit in everything, you need to chain valuable things to yourself with a lock....But they speak Russian in their native language!
Let's move on to the hotel - we were pleased that they settled us already on the 16th floor, but that was the end of the joys... there were holes in the bed (as if it had been rubbed), it was dirty in the dining room, my husband found cockroaches in the bread!
About the rest in Pattaya - we booked an excursion to Nong Nooch, 500 baht per person, as it seemed to us very cheap, because there is nothing cheaper than 2000 baht in Phuket! We also visited the Alcazar show, really liked it, awesome costumes and shows!

Bottom line: I will not come to Pattaya again! Phuket, though more expensive but worth it!
