Hello! I want to tell you about the Long Beach Garden Hotel & Spa 4*. Traveled with family in March 2012. I would like to warn and advise about many things.
First, never, under any circumstances, fly with a Pegasus! When we flew back, the plane took off 8 hours earlier than promised (at 9 am), we had to get up at 3 am. As far as I know, Pegasus always does this, half a day of rest and sleep (and paid ones) is simply taken away! . .
The hotel itself is very good. Beautiful inside, 4 elevators, almost always a Russian girl at the reception.
The pool is 0.8 and 1.9 m deep. There is a private beach. True, the water in the sea is dirty, but these are all people...
Thai fruits are sold on site. By the way, I advise: pineapples are very tasty in Thailand, not like in Russia !!

The streets are stuffy, +35 is the usual temperature. There are few shops in this area, but there are many restaurants and cafes, there are currency exchangers. For shopping, you can travel around Pattaya. For example, in the Central Festival (like the Russian Mega, 7 floors, with a 3D and 6D cinema), Lukdod (an inexpensive souvenir shop, free one-way transfer), also Tuk (a computer equipment store, huge) and others...
Now, about excursions. Most liked the River Kwai for 2 days. Expensive, of course, but interesting (includes river rafting, elephant riding, waterfalls and more). Also, you can go to Monkey Island, an unforgettable experience, wild animals eat bananas and nuts right from your hands : )
Well that's all. In general, I liked the hotel, only the airline disappointed.
