The choice of the hotel was approached very responsibly. We sat on booking sites for several days, read reviews and finally settled on Miracle Suite Pattaya. The optimum ratio of price and quality. Only Studio rooms were available.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted well, helped to bring things in, quickly and politely registered, did not take a deposit for the key.
Now about everything in order.
Location: if you do not plan to rent a motorbike, then the location is quite remote from the Center, from the beach and large shops. There are many small shops, mini-markets, cafes and massage parlors in the area.
Exterior: from the outside the hotel looks good, the lobby is very nice, though a little pompous. There is parking
Swimming pools: there are 2 of them, large enough, beautiful and clean.

Number: the first impression is a good, pretty room. But when you start living there, you notice the dirty, incomprehensibly stained upholstery on chairs, dirty windows, a stained mirror in the bathroom, a dirty table. Unpleasant. There were constant problems with hot water, it became icy every half a minute, the toilet was flushed from the second or third time. Cleaned every day, but one day I noticed that they stopped putting shower gel. He was absent for several days, then they began to put him again. Did not like. And separately I want to say about the noise. There was a swimming pool under the window of the room, Japanese tourists were constantly splashing there and at the same time they were very noisy, the audibility in the room was terrifying. Even at night we could not fall asleep from the noise of the air conditioner from the neighbors! The block led out onto the balcony made a terrible noise. In addition, screams and music were often heard from neighboring streets. In general, one could only dream of silence, and it was terrible.
Services: the hotel has a gym, a restaurant. There is a table for excursions, but the boy standing there clearly could not say anything, he did not understand English at all. Once we needed to print a document. We were denied at the reception. I had to look for another place. And the most unpleasant: they tried to take money from us for drinks for which we had already paid. After the proceedings, we were released.
Restaurant: The restaurant is good, but we only had breakfast there. There are no complaints about the breakfast, everything is excellent. Meal prices are reasonable.
As a result, I would like to say that in general the hotel could be very worthy, if not for all the listed "little things" that spoiled the rest. We won't be staying there for the second time.
