December 2011 The hotel was chosen online. One thing was embarrassing, according to reviews, sometimes they provide a room on one floor, and a toilet with a bathtub on the other. Through a travel agent, we ordered in advance and agreed on the standard we needed (normal for the whole world room-room with a toilet and a bathroom. What a surprise it was when the hotel provided us with a living room on the 3rd floor, and a bath on 1, and the entrance to it from the side of the open veranda , and the door does not close so that you can’t leave towels in. To our request to provide another room in accordance with the order, the representative of the tour operator "PEGAS" said that this is a normal Thai number. After lengthy proceedings, I was informed that the Moscow representative office had received my application, but since I did not indicate the number of the desired room, they gave me what was. Of the 12 tourists who came with me, only my wife and I ended up in such a room. Only after I demanded that the agency and the hotel sign an act of providing me such a number (the travel agency refused to sign anything), the hotel representative wrote that he was ready to provide me with a normal standard room. The start of the holiday was ruined. Throughout the rest at the hotel, every day I watched how these (according to my observations there are 3 of them) are being sold to Russian tourists. In general, the hotel resembles a Soviet recreation center. There is a lot of greenery, the walls in the rooms are such that all the conversations of the neighbors can be heard, the wardrobe in some rooms is in the bathroom. The breakfast food is the same every day. City beach across the road. Sunbeds are paid, after 1 minute the Thais come up and offer various colonial goods. In the morning the beach is cleaned, but by the evening the sand and water are in the trash. You can also eat on the beach, but it is better in small cafes where the Thais themselves eat. When ordering, be sure to say but spice, otherwise they will pepper it for themselves and you can’t eat. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the center by tuk-tuk, but they can drop you off earlier and have to walk. There are a lot of travel agencies and the Slavic brothers will always tell you from whom to take. It’s better not to take the large operators Pegaz, Tez Tour, because they don’t save your time (the big bus goes around many hotels and collects (delivers) tourists while spending a lot of time and your money (the cost of their tours is much higher ).
