We stayed at this hotel from 15 to 26 April 2008. Went from Natalie Tours. They lived in a building without a tower. The hotel is a solid 3 *, everything is fine. The room was on the 14th floor, view of the tower, pool and water park. Room after renovation, large, with balcony, safe. The rooms were cleaned cleanly, the linen was changed regularly, they also used their laundry, cheap and very high quality.
Upon arrival, we ran into the problem of exchanging money, went out to look for an exchanger (we were told that there was one nearby), but we didn’t find it, we had to change it at the hotel, the exchange rate there is not profitable with 100 euros, we lost somewhere around 250 baht.
Now the hotel is renovating rooms on the 12th floor, so during the day you can hear the sounds of a drill, but we were in the hotel once during the day, so it didn’t bother us.
We went on excursions:
1. Koh Chang - 2 days

there they swam with carps, were on a shrimp farm, fed monkeys, sunbathed for half a day and swam on the island of Koh Talu.
2. We went to the river Kwai - 2 days
there they rafted down the river, rode elephants, also fed the monkeys, went to the royal factory, which makes beautiful paintings and wooden furniture, bathed in radon springs, stopped by the local pharmacy, tasted teas.
3. We went to the garden of millions of stones (a gift from Natalie Tours) - very beautiful in itself, they watched a crocodile show there, took pictures with animals (tigers, elephants), went to a snake farm, watched a show with stars
4. Were at the Alcazar show - a show of transvestites - a beautiful show
5. Well, they went to the show 69 - horror : )
All excursions (except for the donated one) were taken at a local travel agency near the White House hotel (good for the guys on the forum), there is a Russian-speaking girl Gulya, she explained everything well - the quality of service is very good. The tours cost us an order of magnitude cheaper than the guide Natalya (from Nalali Tours) offered - a terrible girl, she really didn’t like her, she was not interested in our problems, she was only interested in us buying excursions from her, when she realized that we were not going to do this, in general lost interest in us.
In general, our vacation was 5+.
