The hotel was chosen based on numerous reviews, which surprised me, all the reviews were positive!! ! The choice was made and we did not regret it. . . I'll start with the pros: The hotel is quiet, peaceful, green area, the food is delicious, the cocktails are excellent. . .
Room type chosen: pool lanai! Super! Exit from the balcony directly to the pool, on the large balcony there is a sofa, a table... the pool is good, rather big, but also small! Nearby there are sunbeds, towels are immediately issued (there is a shower with fresh water). I swam, climbed onto my balcony and you are already in the room))) very convenient! But many people think that if there is a pool nearby, then the room is noisy! no, it's not noisy. . . except on weekends! the fact is that on weekends the hotel is simply flooded with families with Thais, and families with small children, of course, so they vizhzhat there! but it was only noticed on the weekend!
We did not go to the beach, it is very small, in the morning basically all the sunbeds are occupied, the sea cannot be said to be clean - This is Pattaya, not Phuket! sand with stones, and when the waves, they beat hard on the legs (it hurts).

The service was, to be honest, lousy! The room was luxury, but they cleaned it so-so, which was very surprising, then the towels may not be changed, then dust and debris can be seen on the floor, the cups were not washed... although the tips were taken fairly)
I can’t say anything about breakfast, breakfast is like breakfast, but we expected more, every day the same thing, someone wrote about sushi (we didn’t see them in our eyes), there is little choice between dishes.
About the excursions: we took a lot, went long distances, up to 700 km one way... of all I really liked the trip to Kwai, rafting on the river-SUPER! the rest are so-so... somehow approaching the island of Samet, our guide said that it has the BEST SAND OF THE QUEEN! Well, we were delighted, finally... but when we arrived on the island, we were disappointed (the sand, although white, is certainly not the best! ). Last year, we rested on Phuket, near the Similan Islands - that's where the SAND !! ! The smallest, white, they even brought a jar home....Here Phuket spoiled us !! ! And there is nothing special to do on Samet, the sunbeds are terribly uncomfortable !! ! No shells, no underwater world!!! (((In general, it’s boring to sit and hide under umbrellas from the sun. The same thing is on the "Coral Island" and on "Ko Chang"... In general, they promised us, and the islands "bounty" we have not seen
Yes, also about the construction next to the hotel, I read about it, but when I arrived, I even forgot about it... I remembered only when I swam in the pool, raised my head, and there, next to our small, so HUGE, hotels are being built... but already at the final stage, they tap themselves with a hammer, saw something, but it did not bother at all !!!
In general, the hotel, despite a few minuses, we VERY liked!! ! And the spa is great!
