The hotel is good in principle, but there are some problems that are not typical for the hotel, but for the city. This is primarily the purity of the sea, or rather its absence. Our tour consisted of 14 days, of which: 2 days - Bangkok, 6 days - Koh Chang and 6 days - Pattaya (in that order). There are a lot of impressions, but after the island, in Pattaya there is not a sea, but a garbage dump. I regretted that I ordered so many days to Pattaya.
As for the hotel and the territory, the hotel is good. We have no claims. We lived in a bungalow. The benefits are the same as in the club (1 hour of the Internet for free, dry cleaning, separate breakfasts, cocktails, fruits upon arrival, a separate pool and a beach near it). In addition, we had a bungalow room on the first floor, so it was possible to enter the pool directly from the terrace of the room. The territory is small, but well-groomed. Particularly satisfied with the location of the hotel - a quiet place near the center. Since we were not interested in shopping, I will not comment. For those who want to take a break from the bustling city, crazy work and noisy family in a quiet comfortable (not to say chic) ​ ​ environment, this is what you need. But the island is much better!
P. S. Since our tour was private - the price is not typical. Plus, since I live in Ukraine, we have different prices and they differ significantly from Russian ones in a big way.
