I had a rest in absolutely new hotel Ravindra 4*. It is located on Jomtien Beach, between the Dor Shida and Botany beach hotels. The hotel is far from the city, but this fully compensates for the minibus that runs from the hotel to any part of the city at a symbolic price of 80 baht.
The Ravindra 4 * hotel was built according to the latest requirements of the hotel business: a large parking lot for guests, 3 large outdoor pools, one of which is located right on the beach. So you can enjoy the sea breeze and the infinity of the horizon without leaving the water. For guests there are 3 restaurants, WiFi Internet, a library, a karaoke club, a SPA salon.
The only downside is the spa. The prices in it are heavenly - 1750 baht for a Thai massage. You can negotiate a 25% discount, and the hotel gives its guests the first session for free.
Classes on simulators in the fitness center are also free, everything is new and different.

Summary: I recommend Ravindra 4* to those who are looking for a decent and comfortable stay, without surprises in the form of rumpled sheets, old worn towels and unwashed floors. From these "impressions" the hotel will save you. And you will only have to enjoy the excellent service and the sights of hospitable Thailand!
