I liked the hotel and very quickly became a "home", where they returned with pleasure after walking around the city. Comfortable, cozy, with polite staff. They settled us quickly, even though it was 9 am. Our neighbors did not like their room - before that, a smoker lived there, so they quickly and without money changed the room. The furniture is not new, but very well made. The room has a kettle, fridge, hair dryer in the bathroom. The girls cleaned the room well, changed towels daily and changed the bed every 3 days. In general, there is nothing to complain about. Breakfast is excellent - for lovers of European cuisine, and Chinese, and Thai. Not too much choice, but everything is very tasty. Especially the omelet. No other hotel has had such good taste. And the fruit salad! The beauty! Fruits (watermelon, melon, bananas, pineapples, suites), meat, fish, soups, instant and custard coffee. . . You can't list everything. In general, breakfast was enough for us right up to dinner. The hotel has the only negative - they started to clean the pool late - somewhere around 8-9 in the morning, when you want to swim. Although the pool was well cleaned. . Maybe, listening to the requests of visitors, the administration will order to start cleaning the pool earlier. We can ask them about it. But there is a huge plus - the hotel is located in a very convenient location. Not far from the city beach, the Palace Plaza shopping center, the famous Wallking Street, a fruit market and excellent transport interchange - an abundance of tuk-tuks and moto-tuk-tuks. Nearby there is a massage (highly recommend! ), a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a bunch of shops, currency exchangers (with a purple sign - cheaper) and much more. The hotel itself, although located in the center of Pattaya, has its own large courtyard, and therefore very quiet and comfortable. The staff all the time sincerely smiles at you, greets you, bows (administrators, cooks, maids) or salutes (receptionist and elevator operator). In the lobby - there are scales for luggage (it's convenient to weigh your luggage when you check out and if you need to repack it) and two massage rooms (3 minutes - 10 baht). In general, I really liked it. As already said, a very cozy, "home" hotel, where you want to return. I recommend.
