The first part of the story is for those who are only interested in the hotel itself.
I want to say right away that the photos on many sites are outdated, rattan houses have long been gone, instead of them villas and cottages have been built.

Accommodation: We had a Garden Boutique room in a 2-storey cottage.
The room is very spacious and bright. There are rooms with 1 bed, there are with 2. Balcony with chairs and a table, the wall to the balcony is completely glass, but the glass is tinted. Very convenient - you have an excellent overview, and nothing is visible from the street. The room has a refrigerator, TV, safe. Air conditioning is centralized, works well, there is a remote control. Upon check-in, there was a fruit basket in the room (a trifle, but nice! ) In the bathroom, a shower, toilet, sink. All the little things are provided: bathrobes, slippers, shampoos, gels, lotions and even cotton swabs. There is also a hairdryer.

The only inconvenience is that the shower is fixed in the wall and it is impossible to direct the jet of water, and the water is regulated poorly, sometimes hot, then cold. Sometimes they set up for 5 minutes. There is a tea / coffee set, kettle, mugs.

Cleaning is daily, towels were changed, but it’s not clear with the linen - it is written that if you want it to be changed, you need to put a ceramic elephant on the bed, but they didn’t change it for us. Only when the reception made a remark, everything was done quickly.

Service: a big plus of the hotel is that a Russian manager works there - the wonderful Alexandra. Through her efforts, all services, menus are translated into Russian, so there are no problems with the language. She works daily from 8.00 to 17.00 and is always ready to help with any questions. The Thai staff also works well, everyone is polite and smiling. But Thai English is certainly something ...

Food: Food at the hotel is mostly BB. Breakfast is beyond praise: rice, potatoes, noodles.
Lots of meat and fruits. You can eat one breakfast for half a day. We dined and dined the same at the hotel, the menu is varied, there is Thai and European cuisine. Cook very tasty and fast. For the price of course more expensive than in Pattaya. Near the hotel there is a cafe (you need to walk along the beach to the left 300 meters), and even further, a fishing village. There is a restaurant on the water at the entrance. The catch is unloaded from the boats and immediately cooked. The prices are ridiculous, I highly recommend.

The hotel has a spa. Everything is at a high level - the girls are very professional in doing all the procedures. You can also get a massage on the beach. The price is more expensive than in the city by 100 baht, but if you don’t want to go anywhere, you will really like it here.

Location of the hotel: the hotel is the farthest from Pattaya (23 km). Drive 20-25min. On one side of the hotel are the villas of the Dutch embassy, on the other - a wasteland, as a result - complete silence around.

Then there is a fishing village, and on the other side of the highway is Nong Nooch Garden, so you can go on an excursion there yourself. You can get to Pattaya by taking a free tuk-tuk from the hotel to the highway, there you can catch a tuk-tuk going to the city, and then either go on foot or change to a blue tuk-tuk and get to the beach street and walking street. There is no free bus to the city, as some reviews say. Going back is problematic. After 21.00 tuk-tuks do not go on the highway leading to the hotel, so you have to take a taxi. I will warn you right away - do not take tuk-tuks as a taxi. They break the price of 500 baht, when a regular taxi-meter takes 400 (for two). In general, this is the only problem associated with the hotel. Everything else deserves only praise. The hotel is real 4 *.

New villas and cottages have been built, there is a lot of greenery and flowers everywhere, almost like in the jungle.
As a result, there are many different living creatures: lizards, chipmunks, birds, butterflies and ...snakes. Here is a miracle (in the photo) we saw near the fountain. It is likely that she is not poisonous and she herself was frightened of us, but it was not very pleasant. But this is Southeast Asia, and you need to be prepared for such “surprises”.

Sea: The hotel has its own beach, there are very few people on the beach. There are enough sun loungers for everyone. The sea is clean, but sometimes all sorts of rubbish and marine plants come ashore. But compared to the beaches of Jomtien and the center of Pattaya, it is generally sterile here. Beach towels are brought to the room daily.

Resting mostly rich Thais, Malaysians and Russians. There are few Europeans.
In general, if you want to combine a beach holiday with excursions, this is the best hotel. We have been to many hotels when we stopped by from excursions, but none can compare with ours (even the 5 * Royal Cliff). All guides, when they brought us, said that our hotel is the best in Pattaya (not counting Sheraton5 *).
