Отель тянит только на 3* The hotel is only 3*

We returned from Thailand a week ago. We were in Pattaya for 4 days. I read a LOT of reviews before choosing a hotel and the choice fell on The Zign Hotel. When we arrived, we unloaded 4 suitcases, no one helped us bring them to the room. At the reception, the girl did not speak English very well and answered any question with one word or simply said I do not know! ! We went into the elevator, stuffiness and a terrible smell, the carpet was covered in sand. Bed linen was not changed in 4 days. There are very few Europeans in hotels, you go like a white crow among the Chinese. It was very annoying that the Chinese bathed in clothes in the pool (although there was a rule by the pool where it was written to swim only in swimsuits). One day the entire lounge (all sofas) was closed as they were cleaning (washing the floors) and IT LASTED ALL DAY!
On the plus side, food and a large pool, that's all I can say on the positive side. I expected much better!
