Traveled with a friend in May 2011. , I am in Thailand for the first time, it is already the 3rd time. We were looking for the cheapest last minute roulette tour 3 * through Pegas Touristik. As a result (preparing for the worst: bedbugs, dirt, noise, creepy neighbors, etc. ) we ended up at the Twenty 8 inn hotel, although we found out about this already upon arrival, so we didn’t read the reviews in advance. The hotel is normal, pulls for 3 stars, clean, the rooms are simple, there is a minimum of furniture, but everything you need is there: beds, a wardrobe, a table, a TV, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, dishes, a kind of sofa with decorative pillows, an armchair, a safe, hangers, mirror, separate air conditioner with the possibility of adjustment in the room. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and mirror. Everything works, ceilings and walls without stains, bed linen and towels are clean, new, without holes. The staff is very friendly, one of the Thai boys at the reception speaks tolerably and understands Russian. At first, we were put in a room with the name "China", where I did not like the color of the curtains - wild red, and the view from the window to the street is not very good, but we did not come here to sit in the hotel and look out the window, but to rest to the fullest, and at the hotel gathered only to spend the night. And three hours later the Thai administrator came and with a thousand apologies asked us to move to the next room "India", I liked this room very much, the color of the curtains and sofa is brown, the walls are yellow, there is a jungle wall outside the window, no noise bothered us even once . Of the minuses: a bit far from the center, we sometimes got on 2 tuk-tuks; the pool is really very small, but it’s good that it existed at all (because people came to us to swim from a nearby similar hotel, but they didn’t have a pool at all) , the stairs are really steep (there is no elevator) and back with a 20kg suitcase I went down with the fear of falling right into the pool. My friend did not like that the breakfasts are not Swedish, but I don’t care, because. I generally eat porridge or a boiled egg for breakfast at home so as not to get fat. In general, I give the hotel 7 stars.
