I really liked the Way Hotel - new, modern, cozy. The rooms are large, furniture, plumbing - everything is new. From the hotel to the center by tuk-tuk for about 15 minutes, and the hotel itself is located in a quiet place, while everything you need is at hand - cafes, fruit tents, taxis, massage parlors. The beach at the Garden 5 * hotel is a 5-minute walk away, the beach offers a beautiful view of the Sanctuary of Truth, in which an episode of the film "Love in the City 2" was filmed. Breakfast in the restaurant is European - monotonous, but everything is delicious. For lunch, we bought shrimp, grilled fish, fruits in a tent on the street and ate by the pool (no one scolded, even though there is a prohibition sign) or on the beach. Little time was spent at the hotel, because. every day were on excursions. It is very convenient that when ordering tickets for all kinds of shows, the price includes a transfer from the hotel and back. At first, I didn’t like that the hotel took a deposit of 2000 baht and gave it right before departure. we checked out at one in the morning, we thought that we would not spend them anywhere and would lose them when exchanging them for dollars at the airport, and then they were very useful in duty free)))
The host - Teztour, at our request and, taking into account the fact that our company was the only one at that time in the hotel - the guide moved the info-meeting to the day of arrival and thus the next day we already started excursions. We had several excursions as a gift when ordering a tour, we took two more from the guide and received the third as a gift. We are experienced travelers and were going to buy all the excursions on the street, but the guide in some incomprehensible way convinced us to buy excursions from him)))) Respect to the guide !! ! (this is his job) Then they compared it with street prices - of course we lost, but not the amount due to which to be upset))) But the guide advised us an excellent restaurant for celebrating our birthday and provided a free transfer (a nice bonus) Restaurant - "Kavkazskaya captive" - ​ ​ for those who are tired of Thai cuisine, I recommend it! In general, I liked Teztour's work, only upset the Chunga-Changa excursion on a ship to Ko-Rin Island, where we were dropped off without umbrellas (which supposedly were not returned from cleaning) at 12 noon, then an hour later they offered to either stay on the island, or sit on the ship for an hour and wait for the rest to ride on a banana. We decided to spend another hour in the water, but they came for us only after 2 hours. Thus, we were in the sun from 12 to 15 hours - as a result, terrible burns, and the next day we had to go on a two-day excursion. In short, we suffered (((But the excursion to Kwai is beyond praise!
But all the bad things are forgotten and in general the rest was a success, which I wish everyone! ))))
