НИ НОГОЙ В ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ!!! NO FOOT TO THIS HOTEL!!!

Hello! I want to share with you my feelings after staying in this hotel! We rested in Thailand from 01/24/11 to 02/3/11. We decided to go suddenly and reviewed a lot of affordable options, there were many refusals... either there were no places in the hotel, then there were no places on the plane. This hotel was the only option, they agreed to it without even reading the reviews and not looking at the photo of the hotel, because. I wanted to leave quickly.
Well, of course, then they climbed up to read the reviews... of course, they were shocked by some... that there were bedbugs and cockroaches, but in some reviews they wrote that everything was a lie and no one was there! But we prepared for the worst and bought dichlorvos. . On the day of check-in, we were given rooms on the 5th floor. . . we immediately went to gut the whole bed in search of living creatures. We found some small insects under the bed, it seemed to us that they were bedbugs... we went to the reception and they changed rooms for us without any problems, settled us on the 8th floor.
Naturally, the beds there are in an ugly condition, the mattresses are all in yellow stains, and the bed linen is in dark spots, as if in droplets of blood, well, we reconciled ourselves and stayed for the night. The first two nights we did not observe anyone... but on the third night I was going to go to bed and saw that someone was running....I quickly realized and caught him with a bag. then I saw - it turned out to be the same ill-fated bug! and the dream was like crazy, a friend jumped up and we walked around the room not knowing what to do and how to sleep, we wanted to sit on chairs at first, but then we decided to go to sleep with our friends in their room and the four of us slept one night.

One thing was pleasing that we were leaving with an overnight stay on an excursion, and we knew that we would sleep there...
In the morning dichlorvos was sprinkled everywhere.
Upon arrival, nothing has changed, they killed a lot of bedbugs....they spoke in sign language with the cleaners and they said that bedbugs are everywhere, and they said with a smile on their faces!
they were also found in new clean towels... In general, we hardly slept, but drank and walked, slept on the beach and on the bus on the way to excursions.
Three days before departure, everything stopped working in our room 827 and the light and water and air conditioning, we were moved to 509... and there we spent the night for three nights, we didn’t see bedbugs, or we were so tired that we just fell down from lack of sleep ! ! ! The girlfriends did not seem to have bedbugs, but they killed the cockroach. Talked to other people from the hotel many had bed bugs!!!
RESULT: Outwardly, the hotel is not very bad, breakfasts are monotonous, but you can eat, the staff does not speak Russian, they clean disgustingly... in the middle they will sweep and change towels and make the bed. Towels are not washed and bed too! The pool is good, the water is clean!
IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL!!!!! ! IF PEOPLE STOP LIVING IN THEIR HOTEL, MAYBE THEY WILL UNDERSTAND AND MAKE SANITATION AND CHANGE ALL FURNITURE!!!
