Rested with my mother from April 25 to May 7.2011 in this hotel. For all 12 days of our holiday, neither bedbugs nor cockroaches were found ABSOLUTELY! No one! We lived in room 317. So we were very pleased with the room. But the rest of the guys said that they either had cockroaches, or bugs, or the whole set at once. Some have changed rooms several times. Apparently, we are very lucky. In my opinion, those who lived on the 3rd floor did not have problems with insects. The rooms themselves are good, they correspond to 3 stars. The bed linen is already quite washed out, but neat. The same with towels. Foot towel comes with holes. But it didn't bother us. Shampoo, soap and a cap are brought every day. We liked to return to our room at night, we really liked it. The room has a balcony, on which we freely took out two chairs and a table. True, not all rooms have a balcony
. Yes, the hotel does not have a hair dryer or an iron, so for whom this is essential and who does not want to spend money once again for ironing your clothes, then take an iron with a hairdryer from home. We did just that. Ironed on the bed - quite comfortable)

Service is good. There are absolutely no complaints. There were no cases of theft. Maybe just because tips were left every day for the cleaners?

And do not expect that for 35 thousand for two you will find everything the same, for which you would pay 85 thousand. How much we pay, so much we get! It's just that there is such a thing in a Russian person - not to pay anything, but to have the highest class! It doesn’t happen like that) Mom and I clearly knew that the mansions weren’t waiting for us and they wouldn’t lick us for such and such money) So we weren’t disappointed. The hotel corresponds to the declared 3 stars (except for the case that there are cockroaches and bedbugs, according to the reviews of the guys with whom they rested). These insects seriously spoil the reputation of the hotel. And it seems that they are not trying to fight them, despite numerous complaints.
I would not recommend the hotel to anyone (I just took into account the complaints of vacationers about living creatures, but NOT from my own experience). You can go there if you just want to spend the night, save money or if there is simply no other choice. Perhaps you will be lucky, like us, and you will be very satisfied with your vacation)
