I’ll write right away what I liked - the view of the hotel (beautiful, stately), its location is close to all the centers of Pattaya and Volkin Street, the noise was not much heard with the windows closed, the air conditioner worked well. That's all.
We were in 4 rooms. The first one is dirty, not cleaned, hair is scattered everywhere both on the floor and on the bed (fu, it's disgusting to remember), the dust has not been wiped off for many days. The bathroom is also dirty. The second and third are similar. In the last room 322 - we already stopped only because the bath was more or less there, but it’s not that scary to sit or lie down in it, we washed in shoes - I explain: the cleaners don’t wash the bath - there was hair from intimate parts before us, and then they remained. It's impossible to wash the bathtub yourself. There, the shower is not removable, and the faucet does not work separately. They bring only large towels after a shower to dry off, they didn’t give any big ones. The towels had gone from white to gray with holes and loose edges. We even throw such grandmothers into rags. The bedding was not changed at all for the first 3 days, after that it was changed every day. They were afraid to sleep under the covers, because. there, when melted, a large boot mark (tin) was found on the sheet. But the changed linen was not great either (((. The lighting is like in a dungeon - dark, they removed the lampshade from the lamp, then there was nothing else. Cleaning consisted of changing water bottles and "bath" towels, they didn't even sweep the floor and didn't touch the bath.
Safe at reception. Nobody understands Russian. Beach towels are available, but they are brought from the wash by lunchtime, when they are not needed. Take it for the day! Porters insistently ask for a tip. The food is monotonous, like everywhere else, it gets boring on the 2nd day (((. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone !! ! Even when they say just spend the night there - this is a disgusting hotel.
