I liked the hotel, we rested in the deluxe, in building B. The rooms are large, regular cleaning, towels changed every day, water was constantly put in 2 bottles, detergents as they were used. The staff is friendly, I respond to all requests actively. They couldn’t open the safe in the room, they turned to the reception, explained with gestures, after 10 minutes the master came and did everything. Late in the evening, the door to the toilet slammed shut on the button, we turned to the reception, the girl called somewhere on the walkie-talkie, while I got to the room (we lived on the 7th floor), the master had already come up. My advice when addressing Thais is not to shout or gesticulate with your hands, explain with gestures and calmly. Say hello, smile, and then you will receive attention and goodwill. We had no problems communicating with the staff at all, they saw us off like relatives, and it was nice. Take your own coffee and tea, only a kettle and glasses in the room. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the sea is slowly 7 minutes, there are many shops with fruits and other food along the way. To the fountain with dolphins on the central street of Naklua and to Tesco Lotus, they calmly walked, for whom it is hard for tuk tuk to constantly walk along the main street. Walking in the evening is not scary, be attentive to bikers, there were cases of cutting bags on the go. God has mercy on us. Breakfast is quite normal for a 3*, every morning fruit salad, yogurt, 2 Chinese soups, sliced fresh vegetables, fried eggs, 3 courses of stewed noodles or vegetables with chicken, pork or soy, sausages (I liked it), bread for toast, butter, 2 types of jam, and the jams are very tasty, coffee, tea, juices, milk and cereal, watermelon and sliced pineapple. On the beach, people living in hotels nearby, even 4 * (in particular, Plumeria, etc. ), where there is no buffet, but orders are brought, complained very much about the meager food, only scrambled eggs and omelettes, and frankly envied us. Therefore, it is strongly not necessary to believe the reviews about poor nutrition. Whoever needs it will find flaws everywhere. We brought a rope and a few clothespins with us, pulled it on the balcony and the issue of drying clothes was resolved for us. I liked the rest, if we still go to Pattaya with my husband, then we will go to this hotel and probably even in superio, so as not to overpay for the deluxe.
