Hotel ratings by criteria:
We stayed at this hotel as a couple in April. We were very satisfied with the choice of price-quality ratio. We didn't expect much from the hotel as it is advertised as 3 stars. Very well located, five minutes to a busy highway (Naklua street). Tuk-tuks go to the city center along it, the price per person is 10 baht. Nearby there are many 24-hour shops with all sorts of things. There are eating places. Fruit markets in the evening. To the sea 5 minutes - a public beach, it is also the beach of the five-star hotel "Tsentara", walked on foot, it's close. There are no sun loungers on the beach, so bring your own beach mats. The sea in the city, of course, is not a fountain. After visiting the islands, they no longer swam in the city. The hotel has a large swimming pool, which is divided into three zones: an adult is very deep, the second is for teens, and the third is shallow for children. The pools are open until late at night. The hotel area is very green: palm trees, flowering shrubs. Everything is very well maintained and beautiful. Around the pool there are sunbeds and umbrellas, there are places to relax on the terrace. The whole territory of the hotel is surrounded by buildings. In the evening, mosquitoes, sprays were bought on the spot, they saved perfectly, a small volume is easy to carry with you in your purse. Our room was of an improved category, very spacious, like a studio (with a mini kitchen). The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. In addition to the main bed, there is an extra bed for rest. Breakfasts are very decent for Asian hotels, although their range does not change. What you can pay attention to when choosing this hotel: the presence of the Chinese, there are a lot of them in the hotel. It's good that they are not interested in the pool, they are on excursions all day. But when they arrive, they hear yelling in the hotel. It is also worth noting that the hotel is no longer new, the furniture in the rooms is a bit tired, but there is no mold on the plumbing. Cleaning is very mediocre - for the news of our vacation, the floors have never really been washed. Towels were provided every day, there was a hair dryer in the room. It is also worth paying attention to the boorish attitude of the guides of our meeting side - "Anex". It's better not to go to a meeting with guides at all, everything they say is complete misinformation about registration, etc. . Thanks for organizing our holiday to the local guide Alexander Gromyko. The cost of tours in his company is much lower than that of guides in the hotel. The guides are smart, they talk, answer questions. I really liked the tour "Breath of the Islands", we chose the hotel "Ramayana", and were very satisfied.
