The hotel is wonderful, small and cozy. Quite brand new. No insects, service is excellent, the manager is European, so all requests were fulfilled with ease. There are no balconies, but for us it was not a problem. Pierce, Volkin Street and shops were within walking distance. The food is good, it seemed monotonous to some, but I don’t think that everyone at home every day cooks different types of omelettes, snacks, pastries, yogurts, fruits, fresh juices, etc. In general, I advise everyone)))
