I read the reviews about the hotel....and was very upset !! ! It's not as bad as it says here! I really liked it, I would even go back there again!! ! Yes, they don’t know the Russian language yet, but this is temporary, we were told that Djerba has been accepting Russian tourists for only two years, and they are not quite ready for this yet! The food is excellent and a huge amount of fruit too. The staff is very friendly and attentive in restaurants! The beach nice and big, the pools are great. . . Animations are very interesting and sometimes funny. . . By the way, the guys who led the animations did their best. . . The rooms are excellent and the bungalows too. . . clean and cleaned often. . . At the bar the bartenders are always smiling and even if you have already given them, they will still smile... in general, I don’t know about everyone... but I liked the El Mouradi Djerba Menzel hotel - and I will return there again, DEFINITELY!!!!!!! ! !
