The hotel is terrible....I understand that a three-ruble note, well, not the same degree, when at +37 the air conditioner barely works in the room, and at the reception and in the dining room it doesn’t work at all... The food is not very tasty, the assortment is like would be available, but it is not possible to eat it, everything that is not eaten at lunch will be cut and served as salads for dinner. The rooms look like a hospital ward, the linen washed to such an extent, as if they have been sleeping on it for 100 years in a row....As for the staff, there is one Russian-speaking tour manager Khedi, so he is just a fascist.
