Dirt: the superior room on the ground floor (1103) is dirty, all metal surfaces are rusty, there is so much hair in the bathroom that you can trace all the guests from last year.
The smell of mold (humidity/rust) has soaked into the sheets and is not weathered by anything.
Staff: friendly but useless at the reception, as they cannot solve the problem with cleaning or relocation. Can issue slippers after 20 minutes as they are not in the room.
The sea is magical, but a piece of glass that sticks into the foot spoils the impression even of it.
