Кошмар!!! Nightmare!!!

I really want to warn people from going to this hotel! We arrived on June 12, went for a week, there are not enough words to describe everything that is happening in this hotel, starting in the corridors on the dark floors, it’s scary to go to the room in the evening, everything is dead, garbage everywhere, even on the floor is full of dust on the carpet, the faucets in the rooms were covered with rust in the shower : ( we didn’t have warm water in the room, we were shocked while relaxing with a 2-year-old child, 2 days of struggle and we were moved to a room with water! but there on 2 wires stuck out in the place of the hair dryer, 2 more days and they brought us a hair dryer on the 4th day of rest! a children's playground with rods sticking out of the grass, the swing is broken, the carousel lies on its side, the rocking chair on one side is simply not there : ( the road to the beach is a separate issue , heaps of rubbish, heaps made by a camel and lie straight in a clearing : ( on the beach there are 10 sun loungers for the entire beach, garbage is everywhere even there is nowhere to step with your foot, wool tubers are everywhere, sand and you can’t see behind it all, there’s nothing to feed children in the restaurant, from fruits for there was only watermelon for a week, there weren’t even apples, glasses could wait 30 minutes t like cups for tea during breakfast, in the morning at 9 o’clock a guy comes out into the yard with a bucket of bleach and pours it into the pool right in front of everyone, there is no lawn, all the grass is burned out, but they threw shock with water right under the sun loungers and by 11 o’clock around the pool and there was water up to the ankles, at the bar the booze ended at 11 o’clock and they promised to bring it every day until 20 o’clock. there is no mini-club for children. The only normal attitude has developed towards ani stops who work hard and try to correct the shortcomings of the hotel on their own, how many claims they make in a day are scary to imagine. . . people went on strike and many were even moved to other hotels, the day before our departure, so those who want to relax and enjoy Tunisia in this hotel are better not to go here, not 4 stars, but even 3 with a big stretch
